“100% recommend these guys. I was just passing through the state when I broke down just outside of Shreveport. I managed to limp my vehicle into town for repairs. The dealership mechanics wanted me to overnight my vehicle, but these guys told me to come on in, they took a look at my truck as soon as I drove in, listened to me when I told them what I thought the problem was, checked to verify my suspensions, and then promptly worked on hunting down the part I needed when the issue was confirmed. They got me back on the road within minutes of getting the new part in and all without trying to up sell me on repairs I didn't need. These guys are great. Considered yourself lucky if you break down near them.”

In a world where a lot of parts stores feel rushed or uninterested, Myron stands out like someone who actually cares about the customer and takes pride in doing things the right way.
I came in to return a power steering pump, which can sometimes be a hassle — different stores give you attitude, or they act like you’re trying to make their day harder. But not Myron. The second I walked up, he greeted me with respect, patience, and a professional attitude that immediately made the process easier. He didn’t just go through the motions; he actually listened, asked the right questions, and made sure everything about the return was handled smoothly.
He double-checked the details, explained every step so I knew exactly what was happening, and made sure I got taken care of without any stress or confusion. You could tell he knows his job well — he was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. But more importantly, he treated me like a person, not a transaction. That’s rare these days.

“It's been 4 months since I purchased my 2022 Ford F-250 Lariat. I absolutely love it. I drove 4 hours from Texas to buy it, as this dealership had the best price I could find. The on site purchase was the fastest experience I've ever had. About 6 weeks after the purchase I had a mechanical issue that cost me about $500. Since I had a 4 month warranty I called to see about getting reimbursed. After a few phone calls, the Management agreed and sent me a check to cover my costs. I am grateful that this dealership believes in true customer satisfaction.”

“I go to the East Kings Hwy location in Shreveport anytime I need something for my car (ie: headlights; Car Battery; accessories). Oliver and Garrett are both absolutely wonderful! They are both very knowledgeable about the products and offer explanations of what the best one is and why, in a professional and easy to understand way (for a ‘non-auto type’ like me). Both of them have helped me numerous times with battery and headlight installations with ‘happy to help’ attitudes (which is not so common at other places I have been ??).
