βGreat little market has all the essentials plus fresh meat and produce, bakery offerings, and a prepared food and dessert counter. There's a beer cave, a Dunkin with a drive thru, plus an Amatos pizza place inside. They also have a gas station. Employees are more than competent. They actually care about their market.β
βI love the fact that the commissary exists. It's such a great resource for our current and former military families. Their prices are stellar the staff is incredibly nice and it's such a pleasant experience shopping there. A+ in my book.β
βI love this store. I don't recommend bringing small children. There are too many things they can get their hands on. It's pricey but there's a lot of healthy choices.β

βIβm tourist just came today to Bangor. While I was waiting In front of this store , I asked some doubt to the staff here and they helped me a lot. I bought the bus ticket also from here and Ms.Charlotte gave me a phenomenal service.

βHannaford in Brewer is an excellent grocery store. Some prices could be better to compete with Walmart. The Hannaford Rewards program is helpful though. Produce and meat at this location is worth purchasing and always looks appetizing.β
βThe cafe is limited but still has decent vegan options for the build-your-own-sandwich (itβs either that or soup.) Tofurkey or Field Roast for protein, VioLife cheese, veganeise, hummus, assorted veggies and bread or GF teff wrap. The grab and go out front had a premade tofurkey wrap, pasta salad, vegan muffins, carrot cake, and a few other things - I didnβt notice anything GF, but didnβt look hard as nothing really appealed. The aisles are filled with good finds and variety. Itβs a big space with all I would expect in a health food store. Could use some updating and aesthetics, but thatβs secondary. βSeems like a fine grocery store. In fact, this grocery store seems to be more of like the public of the south. Just really Cleaning has options. The lobster tank was almost overflowing with lobster so that was cool. Lots of different sources for anything you need.β

βWe've been getting our meats there for years and are very happy. I would never go back to getting meat in a supermarket. We get our meat pkg. About once a month.β
βSmall. But well stocked. We buy our meat here. The only place that sells hot sausage, that's actually spicy hot. Plus, they sell Cabot French onion dip. It is the only place in the whole area that sells this product. It's a bit out of our way, but well worth the drive.β

βChecked it out for the first time since I moved here and itβs a really cool spot! Itβs got your usual assortment of groceries as well as fresh options at their deli :) grabbed one of their pancake breakfast sandwiches when I stopped by and it was just like the McGriddles from McDonaldβs. Over all, super cool, clean store and great staff. Will be in there all the time!β
βNot the best produce, but not bad eitherβ¦ and sometimes the meat goes bad before the best by date so I only buy raw meat if Iβm cooking it the same day or the next. Itβs not my fridge because everything else including milk is fine and when I buy raw meat from other stores, the meat doesnβt go bad quickly. Once you know the quirks of the store and what to buy or not buy, itβs a good local grocery store and the employees are all very nice.β
βI was there in 2018 for the nostalgia as i was a student in Umaine, orono 1994-1996. I think the place was called Thriftway then. The store owner i met in 2018 was a very pleasant and helpful. I am grateful i manage to find the things i was looking for there. Anyone has the store phone number or contact, tks.β

βGreat leadership and staff! I am in the store often and always impressed by this team! They all pitch in and itβs very impressive to watch them work so cohesively! In this declining workforce these ladies work their hearts out to deliver the products off the shelf people need.Each time I go into the store I am greeted warmly and asked if I need help even considering how much work they have to do.Hats off the Georgia for leading a great team!!!β
βHave shopped here since Tosiers closed. Good selection and prices. My only concern is that for some reason, the meat is consistently poorly wrapped. Perhaps the butcher could use some training in the intricacies of using saran wrap. If meat packages consistently leak, -and they do, something is being done improperly. This isn't just an annoyance, but raises concerns about cleanliness and cross contamination. Please please please address this issue.β
βI don't go to this Hannaford pharmacy because they have the best prices for my meds. I go here because they are always polite and willing to help. Very pleasant experience every time.β
βThe guy named Owen at customer service is fantastic. so so friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Owen, and definitely deserves a raise for the stellar customer service. He was explaining reward points to me and gift cards, and was so so helpful. When he didn't know the answer, he put me on hold to go ask someone who did. Spoke with Owen for 14 minutes. Fantastic guy. I learned a lot about BJs gift cards. I learned you can buy one that is less than $25 if you visit the club (online only allows $25 and up gift cards). I also learned about promotional sales. Super helpful, and great experience. Highly recommend this BJ's location based on its customer service alone!!!β

βI called Dollar General today to see if they carried English muffins. To my surprise, they immediately called me right back after I had to hang up before they were able to answer the phone. The young man deserves an excellent ?? customer service representative. Clearly a five star β rating!β
