About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Portland is known for its exceptional customer service and reliable car rental options. Many customers praised the staff, especially employees like Roy and Jens, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Roy's efforts included retrieving a forgotten phone from the parking lot, while Jens resolved issues from a previous rental, providing a better vehicle and removing unnecessary charges.
The pickup and drop-off process is described as easy, and the cars are generally clean, although some customers noted minor cleanliness issues, such as a bloodstain on a visor. Overall, the staff at Portland Jetport received compliments for their helpfulness and efficiency.
However, some customers expressed concerns about communication, particularly regarding late-night pick-up arrangements. They suggested that having a direct contact number for the pickup location would alleviate stress for travelers. There were also mixed feelings about the vehicle selection, with one customer disappointed by the appearance of the car they received. Despite these minor issues, Avis Car Rental Portland maintains a reputation for good service and is a popular choice for travelers looking to rent a vehicle in the area.

Although I did not end up getting a car from these guys, Marcus was incredibly helpful in both looking for a car and getting us the best deal possible. Not once did he try to pressure us into going with them and for that I give them 5 stars. He’s a great asset to your team.

We had an excellent experience renting a car here! Brian went above and beyond, not only did he provide advice on directions but he also gave recommendations (all were amazing and things we wouldn’t have known about otherwise)! Would absolutely recommend renting a car here, we will be again!
