The staff has been praised for their attentive and helpful service, with one customer noting that a young blond man solved their problem promptly, even though they were a client of a different agency. Another customer expressed gratitude for the extra effort made by a gentleman to provide them with a vehicle they felt comfortable driving, which enhanced their vacation experience. Overall, Budget Car Rental has received positive reviews for its efficient pickup and drop-off process, as well as the exceptional customer service provided by its staff, such as Jens and Brian.

Service was good but we were not aware of the cross-border fee to go into Canada to cover for insurance. This should’ve been advised before hand as we were returning the car in Montreal.

We rented through Costco. That was a godsend. Because of bad weather, We were delayed by 2 days returning the car. When I called Budget, things went very south. Just terrible customer service. The young lady just could not figure out how to do it. When I called Costco it was done lickety-split. Way to go Costco Travel.
