Excellent follow up. We left cash in the car and someone called us to let us know - it was a tip for someone at the airport and they assured us they would get the tip to the right person. Very kind.

I had to change my pickup day due to an airline delay. The agent was very helpful, and I was charged only for the time I actually had the car, not for the original reservation. Pickup and after-hours dropoff were quick and convenient.
