I had a car dealer tell me I needed a head gasket for $1200 so I took the car here and it needed a $40 minor repair. I had many cars here over the years and whether a big job or small, this was my favorite garage ever. I’ve moved away or would still use them.”

They showed me the issue (the mechanic was informative and genuine whilst the man I conducted business with at the desk was matter-of-fact and cordial), gave me the price (which was fair and made even more so by giving a discount) and got me back on the road in about 2-3 hours.
They didn't have to prioritize me. They didn't have to offer a fair price (seeing as I was in a difficult situation and my options were limited) but they did.
And that's commendable.

“I can't tell you how grateful I am to Bill and Nick who went out of their way to help us. We were traveling from Northern Maine to Arizona when we noticed a leak in our engine. I called Monday morning and even though they were very busy, agreed to take a look. They fixed my problem and we were on our way. They could have told us to come back at a scheduled time later in the week, but the fact that they took care of us at time of distress says a lot about this fine establishment and the folks who work there.
