“I had the unfortunate pleasure of witnessing an employee be verbally abused by an irregular customer because the customer forgot their card pin. The associate, Iris, took the verbal assault even as she welled up in tears, continuing to do all she could to help the angry customer. Hats off to this young woman for keeping her composure as her line started to back up, and she willingly chose to help while under such duress from an unruly customer!!!! Iris, Thank you just as a witness, and I hope Wawa recognizes you for doing such a fantastic job handling yourself in a very tough situation.!”
