“Anthony is top notch. Despite multiple mis-ships, Anthony did everything he could to mitigate further delays, including driving to the Frederick office on his lunch break. He called daily providing updates on the delayed package. Give that man a raise.”

I had to ship four boxes of smaller boxes and they had someone come in on a Sunday — the day they are closed — to conduct the transaction for me. Now that’s going above and beyond the call of duty. Postal Place has earned my business and loyalty. I encourage people in Frederick and Urbana to try them.”

“In my opinion, this is the best post office in Frederick County. I drive out of my way on a regular to go to Buckeystown because Veronica and her staff are amazing!! Everyone there is very personable, even when I bring in 94 priority mails :-)”
