“It's not a bank, just the ATM but it is a FEE free ATM that seems to always be fully stocked which is great considering the traffic that flows through that Wawa in which it is located inside of.”

“Great customer service, always efficient, friendly and helpful! After manager Evan and relationship manager Olu came to this location, makes this place much better than any other banking center.”

“Otherwise known as the sailboat bank, this branch of Suntrust rates as a favorite for me. Has that local bank feel even though they are a big name on the east coast. Every time I step foot in there employees greet me by my name and are always eager to take care of my transactions or questions. Jessica and Steven are truly two of the best employees I have ever met at this branch. Lobby and drive-thru don't close until 5pm Monday-Friday, which is later then most branches/other banks. This is really convenient when I need to get some cash in to cover online payments or checks. Side note: legally your not suppose to write checks unless you have the money in your account, but that's another conversation for another day. This location also has Saturday hours 9-12pm.”

“I always have such a nice experience at Capital One Annapolis. The employees are so friendly, polite, and helpful. In the first part of my review, I'll provide details about another bank in order to make a relevant comparison. Next, I will give specifics about my personal experiences there. Finally, I will describe Capital One Annapolis in more general ways. I used to have an M&T account, and it was awful. The worst of many awful experiences there motivated me to sever ties with M&T permanently. I observed contempt and disgust on an employee's face when I brought up travel to El Salvador. (She asked me about where the ATM/debit card would be used- I didn't bring it up for no reason). She wrinkled her nose and smirked at me while making that "tsss" noise people make to demonstrate contempt. She was also overtly patronizing. It was degrading, infuriating, and dehumanizing. I mention this personal story because I will never forget how terrible I felt when it occurred and how horrible I feel every time I recall this event. This is the impact that banks and the people who work there can have on their customers. I have never had an experience like this at Capital One Annapolis. I don't keep most of my assets in Capital One's bank, and I am still treated with dignity and respect there despite keeping a few thousand or more frequently, a few hundred dollars, in my accounts there. I have observed the employees there treat women, minorities, and people not speaking English with respect and dignity. It's sad that I feel the need to mention this, but I said what I said. I've seen visibly rich people treated with respect (if you're wondering how can look "visibly rich," perhaps you've never been to Annapolis, but driving a Maybach or wearing a Hublot will do the trick in case you're wondering.) I've seen visibly not rich people treated with respect too. (I'll use myself as an example. I deposited $10 in cash into my savings account recently.) If I weren't so exhausted from working split shifts, dealing with immigration paperwork, and wedding planning, I would be able to remember several names of their exceptional employees. I will update my review soon. In terms of more general comments, super appealing aspect of this Capital One branch is that they actually have a parking lot. It's fairly annoying to try to get out of there, but welcome to Annapolis. I actually prefer not having to waste time, gas, and energy trying to get in and out of an entire shopping center/plaza- waiting for pedestrians, avoiding dozens of other cars, searching searching for a space, dealing with stoplights and roundabouts, etc. Their location on West Street is not buried somewhere in some shopping plaza or worse, the mall. Another appealing aspect of this bank is that it's clean. That's a plus. I would say that overall, it has a calming judgement free vibe about the place. In general terms, I'd say this is a place where you can use it for your convenience and get whatever you need done, and in my opinion, these are important qualities to have in a bank.”
