I'm so pleased that Kirk helped me at AT&T recently. He's always been helpful, so knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm feeling great about using my phone effortlessly on our upcoming out of the country trip. He's very quick as well. I was in and out in no time. I'm a happy camper!
