“This store is incredible. Knowledgable. Nice and pleasure to work with. The gentleman that speaks Spanish is a genius. He is so smart. I have done the majority of my business at this store (4) phones, (2) trackers, (2) home internets, and have never left less than satisfied. The other employees go to this guy as he is so knowledgeable. He is an asset to Tmobile and validates the companies customer service experience. Sadly, after our experience at the Kent Island store? Prior to racing to Annapolis. My neighbor whom I referred is likely not going to happen. He will likely stick with Verizon. The Kent Island store experience scared my neighbor away.”

“I was staying at the Best Western up the street not receiving phone calls or text on my personal line so I called customer service they erased my SIM cards on both my personal and my money line which had 2K on it both phones shut off emergency calls only I jumped up and ran into this MetroPCS store when I got there they were closed they allowed me to come inside and went through the 40 minute long process of restoring my SIM cards I won't go into detail of what had to be done to accomplish this with the manager Rosie and the young lady working behind the counter her name I cannot remember because it's a beautiful Hispanic name that I wouldn't be able to guess in a million years the ladies only had one priority and that was to make sure that my phones were working when I left that store and they did just that I that I told the young lady working behind the counter that if I wouldn't catch a charge I'd lean across that counter and kiss her right on the mouth LOL excellent customer service I've been with MetroPCS for a long time and I do not plan on leaving yes I have had my ups and downs along the way but all in all I am a completely satisfied customer and if ever in this area again and need service regarding my telephones I will go straight to this location where I was treated like I mattered and like the money that I spend every month matters thank you guys so much for your help I greatly appreciate you both not only were you beyond helpful but both so kind and personable beautiful human beings ❤️ #FDT ??”

“I had an excellent experience at the Apple Store in Annapolis. I came in with an issue involving an iPhone return that had originally been paid for with a combination of a gift card and debit card. Zay helped me and was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He understood the situation right away and was able to put the full refund onto a gift card so I could purchase my replacement without having to wait several business days for the refund to process back to my debit card. The entire issue was resolved within minutes. After having a frustrating experience at another Apple Store with the same situation, I really appreciated how easy and stress free Zay made everything.”
