“Excellent quality and service was provided for my purchase from Manager Grant. He was able to hold a couch for me that I was looking at another location that just had sold. He showed me delivery company that the store uses and how to get it delivered that same day. Grant was very respectful and helpful not only to me but to all the customers and his staff!”

“I wanted to express my gratitude for the sales lady that helped me today. I was looking for tuxedo shirt for my son and she showed me, I asked her could she measure him and she happy measured him. We then found the they didn't have his size on the sales floor, she then said she would check online and unfortunately they didn't have any his size. We also checked children's section no luck. Although I didn't find my item the customer service was wonderful. I unfortunately can't remember the sales woman's name but I was there on Saturday, around 4pm.”

“This Macy location is great. The building has two floors and in the bottom one there is a variety of selections for different types of shoes (Women and men), they have for children in the second floor. They don’t have much for children either. The collections of clothes are great as well. The section of furniture is good and they appear to be of a great quality.They also have a lot of stuff on clearance. Great prices.Thanks.”
“The customer service seem to always lack here. Idk if it's lack of staff or what but the employees will let you walk around aimlessly looking for whatever you are looking for without offering assist. Asking if there is something specific you are looking for. Employees are not focused enough on the store to greet customers when they walk in or come to the register once they see you appear to finalizing your shopping. You have to ask for them to come to ring up your items. Attentiveness would go a long way”
