“I inherited a watch from my dad and they were able to replace the battery right then and there. I also brought in an old watch I've had for a long time that was scratched up. They replaced the battery, scratched up links, and crystals and took care of the glass that was also scratched. They did all of this quickly and extremely reasonably priced. I will 100% come back with any other things I need taken care of in the future.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Austin at Kay Jewelers! I originally came in because my wedding band had been sent out to replace a missing diamond, and I stopped in today to pick it up. While Austin was inspecting everything with my ring, I happened to find another ring that I absolutely loved.
Austin was incredibly patient and let me try that ring on, along with another one I was considering, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I left to grab lunch and think about it, and when I came back after deciding I wanted the ring, Austin was just as kind and helpful as before.
What really stood out to me was how much time Austin spent helping me look at different bands and trying to find one that paired perfectly with my new ring. I never felt like I was just being sold something. It genuinely felt like Austin cared about making sure I loved what I was choosing and was 100% happy with it.

After only seeing a sketch and handing over my future mother in law's diamond I was nervous, but I was overwhelmed at how much I loved this set. It was much more than I ever imagined.
