“My boyfriend and I were browsing for an early Valentine’s Day present for myself (I really wanted to find a cute pair of gold, diamond huggies) walking in to Helzberg Diamonds, we were both instantly greeted by Kerri who was extremely kind and very helpful (and hilarious) I love that my experience was very laid back, but luxurious at the same time, and I found the perfect earrings on the first pair I tried on! Go off, Kerri! This woman knows what she’s doing. Absolutely recommend her for finding exactly what you’re looking for. Had an amazing experience and would give 10 stars if I could!”

“I love this shop! Every time I'm in Annapolis, I visit. I went in today to get a Donegal jersey like the one I'd given a man I love back in 2021 - so thrilled they still had them! The picture I'm adding has the jersey, but the beautiful wool blanket beneath it was a present I bought from Irish Traditions for my grandparents back in 1998 when I first moved here! They still have a wonderful blanket selection, AND I was able to get Donnelly bacon without ordering from New York!”

“Not only is it a super cute boutique, but the employees are so incredibly nice! We went into the shop looking for a specific pillow we had bought a little over a year ago, as our puppy ripped it apart a few months ago. The woman working was unable to find the pillow in stock, but exchanged numbers with us for when they were back in stock. Only about 20min later while we were at dinner she texted us to tell us she had found two in storage! She had already closed the shop for the day, but was next door and gladly came back over to the store to get the pillow to us. Not only did she get the pillow for us, she gave it to us for free!! She sympathized with how frustrating it is when puppies rip stuff apart and wanted us to have it at no charge. Thank you SO much! Amazing customer service and amazing store, can’t recommend it enough!”

“I moved to Annapolis Town Center several months ago and had just purchased a new watch that I needed resized. This was my first time at the store. I was greeted by the jeweler who happened to be the district manager Mark. We got to talking about watches and it was such a pleasure chatting with him. My watch was adjusted perfectly. He took the time to show me some of the fantastic watches in the store. Additionally, for watch adjustments and batteries, the prices are very reasonable. Since I live across the street, I am looking forward to having my watch and jewelry needs taken care of here. Smyth jewelers has been around for 100 years and I'm glad I had a great experience. “Lou lou is a " must-do"! Yes that was cheesy but true. The Mount Royal candle " lavender leche" is my new favorite. It is my night time serenity. I have been slow burning it for 2 weeks until I could make it back to this store. I just got the bourbon pepper as well (? pricey$$$) but it smelled like comfort and ?. I also bought the Mount Royal charcoal and peppermint soap. I wish it was a candle (??one day) but the scent was too refreshing not to take it home in any option possible. Hayley (sp?) and Amy gave amazing service.”

“James and Team at Annapolis Jewelers are AMAZING! I stopped in the store 1.5 hours before they closed hoping to have a diamond ring I recently purchased sized smaller to fit my finger. I had been in many other jewelry stores that day asking about getting my ring sized. All of the other stores told me it would take approximately 4 days to 3 weeks to have my ring sized. James (Annapolis Jewelers) was able to size my ring the same day! Further, James took the time to explain to me the complexity involved with my ring sizing. My ring needed to be sized down two sizes - which could put the diamond stones in jeopardy unless each diamond setting was carefully tightened after the sizing. James ensured that my ring adjustment was done in an excellent manner giving me tremendous confidence in the final result. I highly doubt the jewelry store in the mall (where I originally purchased my ring) would have provided such expertise with sizing service. The next time I am in the market for fine or custom jewelry - I will definitely head back to Annapolis Jewelers!”
