“My first time shopping here was 9 years ago. Since then, this store changed locations in the mall to the main section. They are still well organized and stocked with many different styles.The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also eater to assist and answer questions. They also monitor the fitting rooms very well so you don’t need to seek them out to unlock a door.There is a nice clearance area in the rear but these aren’t necessarily super discounted but sometimes just returns or online purchases.”

“Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. I also noticed they had several other shoes I want so I'll be back very soon!Thanks again ladies, much appreciated. Love the shoes.Props to Fern and Samantha”

Both welcomed us in and asked how we were doing. “Art” our sales rep, helped us choose a suit that fit great on the first try. Let us know the options we had. “In my opinion, this Macy's is the cleanest in the area and only one that does NOT smell like soiled carpet. We all know the smell I am referring to (cough cough, the infamous Macy's dressing room stench for example). Thankfully, this Macy's doesn't have that odor. Unlike most Macy's the dressing rooms aren't a showcase of disaster and poor logistics nor does the fragrance staff chase you around the cash wraps. The parking lot is safer than most and the return counter staff is pleasant. All-in-all, the better location when needing to get to a Macy's.”

“Morris was super helpful and knowledgeable. Went there to get a suit with my husband and he Morris helped us tremendously. Wayne checked us out and he was very kind. Prices were reasonable. I would rate it as a 5 but the suit alterations weren't complete on the designated pick up date. However, the manager did work quickly and had the alterations done by end of day.”

“Man, did I ever feel old when I walked into here. I haven't been inside a Urban Outfitters in a very long time and it really shows. The last time I was in one was looking for clothes to go to a retro night event, clothes that were popular in the 90s. But this visit, it was like a punch to the gut.Vinyl records are back in and I had come in here to see which vinyls they had on hand. After searching through their selection, and not finding anything, I wondered around the store to see what else they might have had.I started in the clothing and found nothing that tickled my fancy. Then I decided to see if they had anything in the housewares area. I have been in one of these and found some great deals when it comes in this area and I still have those items.However, when I ventured this way I ended up in a fight that I lost. I first got hit with the cassette tapes. Like they sucker punched me to put me in a daze. Then I get jumped from behind by the disposable cameras. Like, right out of nowhere there they were. I've never been so attacked in my life.Honestly, I kind of wanted to buy them for myself. However, I have no cassette player, and I have no idea where I would go now to develop the film. It was almost museum like coming here, a nice nostalgic walk down memory lane.”

The building has two floors and in the bottom one there is a variety of selections for different types of shoes (Women and men), they have for children in the second floor. They don’t have much for children either. The collections of clothes are great as well. The section of furniture is good and they appear to be of a great quality.They also have a lot of stuff on clearance. Great prices.Thanks.”
