Grateful Pets has always taken great care of my cat and my house. I always come home to a clean house, trash taken out, mail brought in and cat station cleaned. The company leaves notes after every visit but I prefer a text which they do also with pictures! I also have had to call in last minute requests and it's never been an issue. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

I don't always shop here because it's not the most convenient location but I will make a point to shop here for all my pets. Big glass tanks on sale! We called on our 1hr long drive over to make them aware we were bringing in my large dog who was having cluster seizures. They had us call when we parked & they immediately brought out the stretcher because he couldn’t walk. One vet tech quickly climbed in the back seat to help get him from the floor of our suv & on the stretcher. They kept me update atleast twice a day for the 3.5 days he was there. They also said I can call any time to check on him & they sent me a picture of him when I asked! We really appreciate all they do!

1901 Generals Hwy, AnnapolisI wanted EVERYONE to know that Dr. Anderson is the best. We love her so much. She does such an awesome job. She makes all our babies feel so safe when they arrive scared. She is brilliant. She knows so much and we feel so safe with her handling our most precious babies. Most of the time we ask for her, but we needed this baby seen asap, so we just took the appointment without knowing who was the vet. We were thrilled when she walked in to see our granddaughter (granddog). I'll post this on Facebook also.

Bay Ridge Animal Hospital
2244-48 Bay Ridge Ave, AnnapolisChanging long term veterinary is difficult until you align when services declined to the date they were puchased. Bay Ridge is the last Annapolis vet practice which services are NOT directly tied to a paycheck, bonus incentives, and employee retention. Vet practices have been gobbled up by hedge funds which has evolved pet rescue into being rebranded as owning a luxury item. After encountering poor service for my boy Hammer, I did a deep dive into vet ownership to find the root of the problem. My heart sank from what I learned. I was prepared that my two dogs were going to be my last rescues. Then I remembered Dr Rudd from decades ago that left Annapolis. She is the most knowledgeable, ethical, and effective listener I ever had the pleasure of meeting. I looked for her and studied the corporate make up of Bay Ridge and was pleased she had returned to Annapolis. My boy Hammer suffered for months as he was processed through corporate veterinary practices that up sale over listening. If your wait time is less than 15 minutes, your Vet maybe answering to the corporate metrics of average ticket price, clients processing time, weighing legal liability over compassion, which are all tied to employee reviews/pay/retention. Bay Ridge's excellent service demostrates they still have a voice in their practice. Hammer is glad that Dr. Rudd is back at Bay Ridge she is still the same highly skilled diagnostician, ethical, compassionate, and effective listener that I met decades ago.

Not only did they do amazing work with my golden retriever but when I needed to bring my older dog that hates the vet they worked with me to get him sedated and get all the work done he needed in one go. The only reason we stopped going was because I had to move for work and Dr. Hamilton and her staff are the only thing that I miss about the area.

2601 Housley Rd, AnnapolisMy Yorkie has been on the preferred care plan for almost 9 years now. Spreading out the cost for her care has been more manageable with the plan. The staff at reception are very helpful in making appointments especially if there is an emergency. I have seen all the veterinarians at this location and feel the quality of care is high. When my family has had to use their euthanasia service for our 3 elder cats dying of kidney failure, the doctors and staff are very kind and comforting.

I have a 14-year-old lab, and it's very hard for me to get home at a reasonable time in the evenings to feed him and take him out. It's made such a difference knowing that the dog walker will feed and walk my dog and give him some attention every afternoon so I don't have to stress about rushing home from work. They provide a daily log book too. My dog really IS a happy pet now that I use Happy-Pet!

We have had the best experience and absolutely love everyone who works there! We’ve used them for daycare, grooming and boarding. I only wish their live video streams worked for this location so I could watch my dog play all day while I’m at work

My server, Jenna, was wonderful and was very prompt, Knowledgable and was attentive to the little things that I may need. Food and atmosphere is great considering the various options and is socially-friendly for all age groups. Would highly recommend others to check this location out, and would highly recommend Jenna to be requested as your server!

I also got a side of summer rolls, and the dipping sauce was absolutely delicious--fresh and well-balanced. Everything tasted authentic and well prepared. Definitely coming back!
