“BETTER customer service than the other big name banks, and they give direct human contact with tellers & even the manager. In contrast, my credit union forces us to use teller machines, even when we are inside the physical bank. In that credit union, we cannot talk to someone in person, unless we ask to see a manager & sit in the waiting room.
That's why I like Bank of GB, they give human contact. They've been around forever, so a good track record. Also there are no PC policies nor concerns like the big name banks who try to force social policies down your throat. GB is simply a safe, solid, mainstay traditional bank with no bells & whistles.
My only criticism is their CD rates were not competitive at the time I opened one.”

I was here for what I had thought was a simple transaction, renewing the annual fee of a safety box. However, the process turned a lot more complicated than I thought and I had two ladies who patiently helped me by consistently brainstorming the best solution. Together, they must have spent about an hour assisting me.
I suspect if I had gone to a different branch, I would’ve been turned away with a “sorry, please call customer service”. I am so glad I came to this branch! I wish I lived closer because it would really reassure me to live close to a Capital One location with these amazing ladies (in my haste, I didn’t at have the opportunity to ask for their names)
