“While I don't personally bank here I have used this location for their safety deposit box and to cash a check. The first thing you notice is the security getting in. One person through the door and the second door will not open until the first one closes. A bit frustrating at first however security is not designed for convenience.”

“The banker named Omar was fantastic! I could not have had a smoother experience at a bank. I had a complicated situation where I needed to be on a signature card with a joint account with my father and other family members. Everything had to be done from different bank locations in Maryland. Omar stepped up to the plate and everything he did, including communicating with another banker at a different location, went seamlessly and easily accomplished with his knowledge and experience. There was something that needed to be figured out at the other branch and Omar put his problem solving methods to work and before long everything was troubleshooted correctly and figured out. I highly recommend this branch to bank at. Keep up the great work Omar! Keep up the great work Truist!”

“I have multiple great customer services experiences at the Wells Fargo in Pasadena, MD. I wish every Wells Fargo would follow this bank who stands out among all in Anne Arundel County.
I am an account holder and I wanted to open new accounts for my family members. Associates like Samantha, Lauren, Sarah provided exceptional service. There is a lot of documentation required but these associates made it super easy. Samantha and Michael explained the whole process so much in detail which usual folks ignore. There are perks that come with a bank account that usual folks dont know. I am thankful that the associates at this branch go above and beyond and take ample time to explain all benefits to the customers. I had gone to Wells Fargo branch in Severna Park located next to Kohls and the service of the associate over there was horrible. It feels good to be dealing with knowledgeable and compassionate associates/tellers of Pasadena branch.
