“Started using Broadneck over 30 years ago when Bud was in charge. His son Marcus learned from him about customer service and has expanded on it since then using technology as it became available. Prescription refills? There's an app for that!
You never have to call your doctor for a refill if you have none remaining, Broadneck will do that.
The OTC products are there with help from the staff to find it if necessary. They will order it if not there.
The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented.

She was very patient to explain in detail the issue with my prescription. My physician told me one thing and wrote out a different prescription which caused a problem that should have never happened. “Pharmacist Marwa is wonderful about giving vaccines to nervous children! My daughter has a lot of anxiety about getting shots bc of a pretty bad experience last year. Marwa knew exactly how to handle kids. She was quiet but welcoming and didn’t try to reassure her or chat her up, which probably would have made it worse.
Marwa was prepared before we even entered, so the moment my daughter sat down, she wiped and jabbed. It was so gentle and fast that my daughter barely realized it was happening before it was over. My shot was also very mild.
Additionally, Marwa has a lovely personality and a kind presence. She even gave us a personal recommendation for where to get my daughter’s ears pierced. I posted praise for her in our community FB group and the comments show she is wonderful outside the pharmacy too.”
