U-Haul Moving & Storage at Belair Rd offers a variety of services for both local and long-distance moves, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage options. Customers appreciate the helpful and polite staff, who consistently go above and beyond to assist them. Many have reported quick service and easy access to trailers, which are becoming less common at other U-Haul locations. However, some customers have experienced issues, such as complications with vehicle keys and mobile app checkouts. While the customer service is often praised, there are suggestions for improvement, such as minimizing phone use by staff during customer interactions and streamlining the checkout process. Customers also noted that pricing can be higher than expected, with fees for mileage and insurance adding up quickly. Despite these concerns, many express a willingness to return due to the overall positive experiences and the professionalism of the team at this location.
