I drove all the way from Springfield, VA to Beltsville to meet someone from Facebook Marketplace, and the person never showed up. Johnnye went above and beyond to help me out and turned a frustrating trip into a good experience. People are quick to call customer service to complain, but they rarely report the good workers. CubeSmart should know they have an excellent employee in Johnnye. Great customer service, and I really appreciated it.”
