I contacted the store by phone, I was assisted by Addie and Cemal, I received the mattress options by email, and I made the purchase using the link. They arranged for the delivery of the mattresses before I arrived in the USA, everything went well! After arriving and using the mattress, we realized that one them was not to our liking, so they offered the possibility of exchanging it. They were so attentive that I went to the store (now in person) and bought a bed, this time being attended by Carlitia and Denis. They kindly offered me free bed assembly!Super attentive, helpful, and polite staff. Great quality products. I highly recommend Matress Firm Bethesda!”

“This is a smaller size 2 story Target store. There is a garage with free parking. At guest services you can pick up your orders & make purchases. They have curbside pickup and delivery and self checkout stations. They sell all the home goods, gift cards, grocery and snack & drink items you expect to find at all Targets as well as designer items, toys, games, clothing, health and beauty, mobile, seasonal and electronic items with some limitations due to the store's size. The employees are friendly & helpful. The store opens at 7 am. Tuesday mornings from 7 am to 8 am are seniors shopping hours. Mask wearing is required in the store. And yes I've personally observed an employee wiping down escalators and other spots of the store to keep them clean for the customers. I like shopping at Target. It's very convenient and reliable with everything you need at one store. The prices are reasonable and the quality is very good. I also like the price matching and the good variety of promotions on the things that you really need when you need them! “I spent an absolutely embarrassing number of days couch shopping until I walked into Urban Country and met Seaton. He is the most helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful salesperson I've ever come across. Not only did he help me find a couch, he talked me through various fabric choices (with the perfect balance of opinionated without pushiness), answered my every question (from materials to warranty information) and went above and beyond helping me figure out how to ship from Bethesda to my Brooklyn apartment. I can't recommend Urban Country and Seaton enough!”

“TLDR: All these reviews terrified me but I gave them a chance and we are so so happy, and delivery was super smooth! Customer service was also great!We called ahead and worked with Barbara in the store to pick out nursery furniture. She was so knowledgeable and helpful - she went above and beyond and we're so happy with our purchase. She also showed us strollers and carseats, which we ended up buying later. It was so helpful seeing her demo everything in person, as opposed to just having to rely on YouTube videos and online reviews.From the reviews here, I was so nervous about shipping and delivery, but it was really smooth and the movers were professional and fast. The delivery was 2 weeks past the estimate, but to me it was worth that wait for greenguard certified furniture.For customer service - we also bought a stroller and car seat through them and the stroller that arrived was not what we ordered. I called customer service and within 3 minutes, I was on the phone with someone who took care of it quickly. I called back a few days later to confirm that they received the other stroller and again, someone answered the phone very quickly and confirmed everything. I'm not sure what is happening to others in the reviews, but I have nothing bad to say about their customer service.Just wanted to write a review so hopefully other parents who are trying to buy from Pottery Barn don't get discouraged. I hope your experience is as good as mine!”
