“Ed is super knowledgeable and very patient. Helped me decide on a new sealed posturpedic hybrid mattress and I can’t wait for it to be delivered. Which delivery is insanely fast, orders on a Sunday and is supposed to deliver on Tuesday”

“I am a fan of Sleep Number. I had my last one for 20 years. It had a pillow top and gave me some of the best sleep. This recent purchase (P5) is my second. Since I wanted to test drive my mattress, I decided to visit The Sleep Number Store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Md. The sales staff were pleasant, patient and easy to work with. I had already done my research online and had decided on the P5. It’s reeeeeeally comfortable. I love it. It doesn’t have the pillow top like my old one but I am still getting a good nights sleep. For me it is very much worth the investment.”

“Amazing experience with Elijah. He walked us through every piece of furniture onsite and explained everything in detail.

He was extremely helpful, informative, and amazing customer service.

I came interested in purchasing one thing, and left with someone else. Very pleasant experience!!”

“I am fortunate to have found terrain and the incredible customer service from Renee. I was in last minute need of a bunch of plants for a photoshoot and with just 1 hour notice before the store closed Renee jumped on my project and without me even being in the store sent me photos of options via text and helped me checkout and box it up so someone could pick it up just before the store closed. Thank you Renee!!”

“I spent an absolutely embarrassing number of days couch shopping until I walked into Urban Country and met Seaton. He is the most helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful salesperson I've ever come across. Not only did he help me find a couch, he talked me through various fabric choices (with the perfect balance of opinionated without pushiness), answered my every question (from materials to warranty information) and went above and beyond helping me figure out how to ship from Bethesda to my Brooklyn apartment. I can't recommend Urban Country and Seaton enough!”

“Look, this is honestly a mixed review as we had issues with defective merchandise. A few key employees made the difference and made the experience tolerable while being kind and pleasant. Specifically Kari and her manager, they handled a difficult situation with understanding and support. At the end of the day they made the situation right and we are thankful for that.”

“This has to be the weirdest target ever. It’s actually not that big, has two levels and the parking is confusing.

You can’t just park on the first level and walk right in. It’s actually a level below which doesn’t make sense at all.

The workers don’t seem very motivated to be there and of course there’s not many staff.

On the other hand, they do have very convenient things and I cannot give them too bad a review because they have many different merchandise and essentials that I need to quickly get here in Bethesda.”

“My daughter’s room, from A to Z, is from Pottery Barn Kids, and I always enjoy shopping there. Yesterday, I visited the Bethesda store since it has a kids department, and I had a great experience. Courtney was wonderful—very kind, helpful, and always smiling. She truly made the experience enjoyable. We found everything we loved and wanted to buy.

The merchandise in the kids department was amazing, with beautiful and well-curated inventory. However, for Pottery Barn Home, I personally feel the Mosaic location offers a better selection.”

“TLDR: All these reviews terrified me but I gave them a chance and we are so so happy, and delivery was super smooth! Customer service was also great! We called ahead and worked with Barbara in the store to pick out nursery furniture. She was so knowledgeable and helpful - she went above and beyond and we're so happy with our purchase. She also showed us strollers and carseats, which we ended up buying later. It was so helpful seeing her demo everything in person, as opposed to just having to rely on YouTube videos and online reviews. From the reviews here, I was so nervous about shipping and delivery, but it was really smooth and the movers were professional and fast. The delivery was 2 weeks past the estimate, but to me it was worth that wait for greenguard certified furniture. For customer service - we also bought a stroller and car seat through them and the stroller that arrived was not what we ordered. I called customer service and within 3 minutes, I was on the phone with someone who took care of it quickly. I called back a few days later to confirm that they received the other stroller and again, someone answered the phone very quickly and confirmed everything. I'm not sure what is happening to others in the reviews, but I have nothing bad to say about their customer service.Just wanted to write a review so hopefully other parents who are trying to buy from Pottery Barn don't get discouraged. I hope your experience is as good as mine!”
