“I am a fan of Sleep Number. I had my last one for 20 years. It had a pillow top and gave me some of the best sleep. This recent purchase (P5) is my second. Since I wanted to test drive my mattress, I decided to visit The Sleep Number Store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Md. The sales staff were pleasant, patient and easy to work with. I had already done my research online and had decided on the P5. It’s reeeeeeally comfortable. I love it. It doesn’t have the pillow top like my old one but I am still getting a good nights sleep. For me it is very much worth the investment.”

“The Blue House has been a Bethesda staple for cool gift items for 30 years! The store moved from its original location further down Woodmont Ave. several years ago.

Once you walk into The Blue House, you will be enchanted by all of the local and region-themed gifts available ranging from decorative pillows to unique cookbooks, candles and other decorative items.

There is something for everyone in this quaint gift shop. Their children’s section is well-stocked with various toys, books and trinkets.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Parking can be a little limited depending on when you go. There is street parking and a public parking garage nearby.”

“I spent an absolutely embarrassing number of days couch shopping until I walked into Urban Country and met Seaton. He is the most helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful salesperson I've ever come across. Not only did he help me find a couch, he talked me through various fabric choices (with the perfect balance of opinionated without pushiness), answered my every question (from materials to warranty information) and went above and beyond helping me figure out how to ship from Bethesda to my Brooklyn apartment. “My husband and I went to look at nursery chairs on July 4th. Barbara C. helped answer all our questions, explained which fabrics are normally stocked (not requiring a long lead time), and provided us with a detailed estimate for the Paxton recliner. Barbara shared an excellent tip that a manual recliner may not be as practical if a c-section is necessary. We hadn’t thought of that in terms of options on the recliner and were so grateful she took the time to share that with us. We ended up needing to get our chair from another store, but we greatly appreciate Barbara’s customer service and help!”

“TLDR: All these reviews terrified me but I gave them a chance and we are so so happy, and delivery was super smooth! Customer service was also great!We called ahead and worked with Barbara in the store to pick out nursery furniture. She was so knowledgeable and helpful - she went above and beyond and we're so happy with our purchase. She also showed us strollers and carseats, which we ended up buying later. It was so helpful seeing her demo everything in person, as opposed to just having to rely on YouTube videos and online reviews.From the reviews here, I was so nervous about shipping and delivery, but it was really smooth and the movers were professional and fast. The delivery was 2 weeks past the estimate, but to me it was worth that wait for greenguard certified furniture.For customer service - we also bought a stroller and car seat through them and the stroller that arrived was not what we ordered. I called customer service and within 3 minutes, I was on the phone with someone who took care of it quickly. I called back a few days later to confirm that they received the other stroller and again, someone answered the phone very quickly and confirmed everything. I'm not sure what is happening to others in the reviews, but I have nothing bad to say about their customer service.Just wanted to write a review so hopefully other parents who are trying to buy from Pottery Barn don't get discouraged.
