“I woke up one day to find my new Pixel 8 was not taking a charge. I went to the Russell Cellular Store on Rockville Pike as a walk-in. Needless to say, someone was already ahead of me. The tech immediately diagnosed the problem (charger & cord) and was concerned I would have to buy a new one. But with software changes, I had to. Altho by that time there was a person seeking help on the phone, another waiting in a chair, and three new walk-ins trying to get served, he never lost his cool.
