“I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

“I visited American Eagle at Montgomery Mall with my daughter. Was very impressed with the staff and their efforts to be helpful, which one doesn't always experience at clothing stores in the area. In particular, the sales woman named Kayezel was extremely enthusiastic and willing to offer assistance - greeting us when we walked in, offering to assist, and helping us find items in different sizes. With respect to staff, our experience today was 5 stars. I'm giving the store 4 because I think the clothing is extremely overpriced for what it is.”

“Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!”

“Decided to take a drive down from Detrick to check out the NEX. I have family in VA Beach so we miss all that the navy exchange has to offer in comparison to the army PX. Parking was easy, covered, and a ton of space. There was a great selection of skin care, purses, clothing, and hygiene. Fair selection of electronics. Shoe selection was a little smaller than what we're use to and there was virtually no toy selection (my son was disappointed). Overall, 1000x better than the Px near home but the NEX in VA Beach and Norfolk set a high bar.”

“This Madewell store is located on Level 2 of Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD. I haven't been to Montgomery Mall in years so I was pleased to see all of the updates that have been made to the mall. I had a really positive experience doing an exchange at this store. The sales associate was very friendly and efficient. I had ordered the transport camera bag in black and it had a small blemish on the leather. I was able to exchange the bag that I had received in the mail for the same bag in-store. Should I need to return or exchange anything in the future, this Madewell store will be my first choice.”

“It was a wonderful experience being there only because of Kevin who is a footwear expert from Texas.We were only planning to get a pair of shoes. Because of him we ended up getting 3 pairs and the reason being he is so knowledgeable. He spent time in making us understand the science behind picking the right shoes for our feet and we were amazed by the way he spoke about every detail about the types of shoes Under Armour is bringing out.I wish there were more people like him in the stores to educate the customers. He was simply impressive!!”

“This location really is amazing. Ive frequented the Forever 21 in Montgomery Mall for the past 2 years. Every time I visit the store, what stands out is how clean and organized it is. The store is pretty big and has a large selection of clothing and accessory items for all different fashion tastes. I always am able to leave the store with an affordable new full outfit, piece or accessory. The staff at this location are all very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I go into the store they are working to make the experience an easygoing one - always organizing and ready to assist me whether it’s with finding a particular item or size. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Joshua, who is amazing and clearly keeps everything running smoothly. This location is definitely the best in the area.”

“I make it a point to write positive reviews where warranted because I am a retail manager and have seen first hand truly outstanding service go unrecognized, yet let the customer experience the smallest thing they don't like and they are quick to stop everything to write a bad review on Google or Yelp.This is not type of store that I normally shop at, nor my style, but they do have things that I like from time to time. More important, they have some wonderful staff members who make great suggestions and are very welcoming. One staff member in particular is a huge reason for many repeat customers, including myself, my staff members, other mall workers and customers off the street. His name is Mark and he is the main reason I choose to shop in the store. His customer service, personality, attention to the customers needs, ability to listen and commitment to providing the best service is something that is unfortunately missing in many retail locations these days. I've sent many of my own customers to the store and told them to ask for him and they have thanked me for the referral. If I had an open position, I would recruit him immediately. I even introduced him to my District Manager who wanted to find a position for him in one of our locations.If you make it to Montgomery Mall and plan to shop at Aeropostale, ask for Mark. We have reviewed studies at my own brand that revealed that people want to be serviced by individuals, not cookie cutter, uniform wearing staff members and his look makes him stand out in a positive way. The store manager must be commended for making the decision to hire this young man and nurture him in his role because he represents gold standard service, dedication and work ethic.”

“I usually shop on line because I can't deal with the lines and rudeness at most stores. however, I decided to save myself shipping costs and make my return in store last night. I have to say, the service was great. i didn't have all the paperwork needed but the counter woman easily looked it up online and made the return quickly and pleasantly.on a side note - I've only recently begun shopping at BR and don't really understand their sales model. they only seem to have a few items in the store - not even a complete size range so I assume that most the their sales are online. and they have a strange sales cycle. they keep reducing prices so that I end up returning items before they are worn simply to exchange them for the same thing 2 weeks later at 20% less. I was in making my 3rd round of returning the same dress last night - but I've saved over 70% off the original price so I figured it was wiorth it. just a strange way of doing things”

“I recently purchased jeans from Express.com and I ended up getting the wrong ones in the mail. The sale was too good to ignore. I mean $25 good! That's better than Black Friday prices. I came into the store to do an exchange/return. They didn't have the one I had ordered online, but I was able to exchange for something else and at the price I paid online. These jeans were $88 originally! The sales associate (wish I got her name) walked around with me to help me pick out a new pair. Thank you for being so helpful! I really can't complain about anything! The store was well stocked and had a nice clearance section. If I didn't have dinner plans I would definitely looked around. I'm sure I would have found something. I'll be back soon.”

“The Bethesda location has STUNNING staff. I came in yesterday, not even really to buy just to look, and I was helped by Elizabeth (Liz). She was so nice, pleasant, and conversational. She stayed with me while I looked around, making small talk, and I kept talking about how amazing the store smelled. I ended up buying a diffuser. While we chatted, there was a nice gentlemen steaming the clothes. This store not only has phenomenal staff, but the clothes are well cared for and everything is sparkling clean.For a store to look THAT clean on a Saturday…the staff surely works hard. Thanks, Liz!
