“Katie in the Men’s suit department is amazing. She is pleasant which is great. Even better is her competence! As long as there is a sale Macys pricing is on point for the brands they carry. If you need a men’s suit and need a little assistance in doing so make sure to ask for Katie. Normally I go sometime later in the week during the day, works great as they are not too busy.”
“The Blue House has been a Bethesda staple for cool gift items for 30 years! The store moved from its original location further down Woodmont Ave. several years ago.
Once you walk into The Blue House, you will be enchanted by all of the local and region-themed gifts available ranging from decorative pillows to unique cookbooks, candles and other decorative items.
There is something for everyone in this quaint gift shop. Their children’s section is well-stocked with various toys, books and trinkets.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Parking can be a little limited depending on when you go. There is street parking and a public parking garage nearby.”
“Stopped by Anthropologie just to browse and somehow ended up spending way too much time there. Store is setup really nice and they always have unique home decor and furniture pieces you don’t really see everywhere else. Prices can be a little crazy sometimes, but honestly the quality and style is usually worth it. Staff was friendly and not pushy which I appreciated.”

On several different occasions Saeed was the one who worked on register at my time of check out and he was ever so patient and understanding while I tallied up what I could and could not buy. Everyone is great, and a huge reason I keep coming back, because ever with great prices an atmosphere that's not welcoming would definitely turn me away, but I truly feel safe and comfortable why shopping there.”
“I was in the market for a new Tory Burch bag. Walking into Nordstrom I had no idea what style or color I wanted. I was immediately greeted by Letitia. Usually I don’t like help from store associates, but she completely changed my shopping experience! She welcomed us with a warm smile and offered me help. She showed many different styles and options. You could tell she was very knowledgeable and wanted to help me find the right purse for my lifestyle! They didn’t have my bag in stock in store but no worries she took care of everything and even shipped the bag to my house for me. “I've loved Intimissimi for 28 years, and when I lived in Italy, it was my favorite store. When I discovered they were in the United States, it was incredible. “I'll be honest, I have never been in a Vineyard Vines before but I needed a size exchange for a Christmas gift I received. I truly hope all of their customer service was as good as Erol provided. (My bad on the spelling of your name, dude!) He ran me through my options in the shop. When they didn't work out since the shirt I had was out of stock at this location, he walked me through the very seamless way to get my size online. It was one of the easiest exchanges I have experienced. I was impressed with everything in my visit. Too bad I was in a rush so I couldn't shop a bit.”

To the contrary, it's one of the few stores I've been in where they help you build your outfits, bring clothes that will fit you better, etc. the prices are high- but not higher than other store for the same brand. “My son was looking for a suit for a wedding and we ended up (stressed after a bad experience in another store) at Macy's in Montgomery Mall. We were greeted by Mr Innocence who guided my son through the struggles to find a fitting suit, shirt and tie. Mr innocence was professional, patient and incredibly kind, showing no signs of rushing despite a busy time in the store. “I love this location as well as the Tysons Corner location. I know both managers and most of the store employees. They keep me informed of all the new lines and styles coming in and treat me like royalty when shopping. Michelle is a great manager and super knowledgeable. Irma is my go to stylist and the store is always clean, neat and properly staffed. I must admit I do spend a lot here because it’s my favorite clothing line. If you love Lily P as much as I do, you will love this store. Everyone sales person is friendly and on top of their game. If in Tysons corner, say hello to Julia and their team too.”
