“I had such a positive experience at AutoZone thanks to Scott. I went in thinking I probably needed a new battery because my car wouldn’t start, and after testing everything, he discovered my battery connections were heavily corroded. He took the time to thoroughly clean them, explained everything clearly, and was completely honest that I did NOT need a new battery at this time.
What really stood out to me was his integrity. He very easily could have sold me a battery, but instead he chose honesty and kindness. He even refused a tip after helping me so much.
