โI've been looking for a good Halal meat and grocery store. This store is one of the best I've come across. The guys that work there are nice and accommodating. They communicate to make sure your order is correct. I'll definitely be returning to get my meats.โ
โWide selection of groceries and great environment. Not to mention good location. Not exactly ideal for quick in and out shopping because it is a very big store but i love this place. The bakery is my favorite part because of all the fresh bread they produce. I recommend checking out the cakes and pastries because those fruit tarts are to die for!โ

When I arrived at the store 🏬 , I parked 🚗 in the designated pickup area. My order was brought out in less than three minutes! The Aldi employee was friendly, polite, and efficiently loaded my groceries 🛍 into my vehicle.
Overall, it was a convenient and hassle-free experience. Great 🌟 service and excellent pickup process. I will definitely use Aldi's online 👍 ordering again.โ
โSuch a nice quiet spot to shop. Clean, omg, I couldn't get over how this place took me to another place. I had just come off a road trip from Florida and needed some thyme, it reminded me of South Carolina. I will definitely go back.โ
โLarge commissary, newer, clean, Organized, great offerings, great prices, large produce section and bakery section. Plenty of meat from beef, pork, chicken. Store is identical to a full scale civilian grocery store in size, offerings, products available and number of check out lines and self checkout options. Returns are always easy if any issues, customer service is always pleasant and excellent. Oftentimes the management or supervisors are attentive and notice if a line develops to offer or open more self check out kiosks if they are able too depending on end of day counts and reports for each.โ
โAwesome selection of both food and household products! The customer service from Vivian and David was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and made for a great shopping experience. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. 😊โ

โThis new Giant offers a variety of foods from various countries. I have found that the staff are approachable and extremely helpful. They will go out of their way to help locate whatever you need. The meats and veggies are always fresh.โ
โGreat service, food and cocktails! We ordered the chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits and the Waygu Steak and Eggs. So delish! The cocktails were tasty as well.โ
โOriginally went to Verizon to pay my parent's monthly telephone bill. There was no electric in the Verizon store so the electronic registers, computers, & kiosk devices would not work. Had to pay telephone bill thru snail mail. Then I went across street to do some shopping in the Weis Grocery Store. Isn't this a nice story?โ

Just a tad bit better selection variety than the Waldorf location. This is the best of the 3 Aldi's locations nearest to me! We still don't carry wine in any of our area.โ
โBeen going to Gray brothers for several years for odds and ends. I went in one day to get some baloney. When I opened it when I got home, the only place that baloney belongs is, in the trash. Several green spots and the baloney was "slimey" to the touch. I dumped it, not taking any chances with food poisoning. It didn't smell bad, but I wasn't taking any chances.โ
โI think it’s a hidden gem spot sure. $22 for big portion of ramen and a small rice bowl.
Try the habanero ramen!!! It’s spicy but not that bad.โ

โThe parking lot is sketchy, there’s homeless folk, drug users and people begging for money passing through. Thankfully, the security guards and hard working staff here make up for it with their smiling faces, positive attitudes and efficiency. There’s a Hispanic lady who’s manager during the day. I can’t remember her name but she went above and beyond to help me locate my cell phone after I accidentally left it in a shopping cart. In my experience, customer service here is excellent and continues to exceed my expectations.โ
โI'm a long-time local and patron of this store. The staff is always cheerful and extremely helpful. I've asked them to stock a particular wine for me and they always have it ready to go with a cold one in the case. Their range of beers and wines consistently satisfy my own particular needs and I can't emphasize enough how pleasant it is to deal with folks who know how to deliver great service along with a smile. I look forward to doing business here for many years to come!โ

โVery small, only two and a half isles. Good selection of spices but I didn't see any fresh produce. Cashier was friendly. Was able to find spices much fresher and cheaper than American grocery stores.โ
โThis store has been around for years and the last owner and current owner are Fantastic. If you want great customer service and treated with respect then this is the place. Jennifer has been working there awhile with the Lee's and now the current owner and she is absolutely wonderful.โ
โThe Kingstown store is the best. And that's mostly because of Frea, a hard working Aldi employee who treats customers with care and respect. Frea goes out of her way to take care of any customer concern with a smile. Aldi is blessed that Frea works for them!โ

โSusan the check out clerk and Kimberly the manager are truly jewels you should cherish. Their customer service is why we left Safeway. One request, can you teach someone how to put the toilet paper in the holders? It is disgusting to have the roll sitting on the floor or hand rail that someone has had their dirty hands all over. I especially love their store-brand items โ the cheeses, cereals, baked goods, pizzas, drinks, and cinnamon rolls are all great quality and well-priced. Lately, Iโve also been picking up ice cream and treats for my kids, like their donuts that used to be around $1โ2. However, this past month I noticed the price for my daughterโs favorite donuts jumped from about $1.80 to $4.80, which was surprising โ so just something to keep in mind. Not sure whoโs in charge of that, but I hope the prices level out again!โ
โThe owner of the store never is consistent with there store hours of operation. They open and close there Mart whenever they see fit and they don't care about inconviencing there customers whatsoever!!!โ
โWe’re lucky to have this Food Lion conveniently located less than five miles from our home. Before moving here, I had never really experienced Food Lion, but after shopping at this location for about a year, I’ve become a big fan.
The staff has been consistently friendly and welcoming. They’ve also always been patient with my two-year-old daughter, who seems to think the grocery store is the perfect place to walk around and play chase! 😂
The food selection is very reasonable, with a good variety and, most importantly, good prices. I Joe kidneys say they won me over because they offered sugar-free ginger beer in the beverage aisle. The store is generally organized and clean, and the customers seem to be friendly, everyday people.
I’ve shopped at other supermarkets with similar prices and selections, and one of my biggest frustrations has always been how quickly the produce would go bad. We haven’t had that problem here, which has been a pleasant surprise.
After a year of shopping at this location, I can honestly say it has become our go-to grocery store. Definitely recommend it!โ

TL:DR - Hiring process is crap and annoying to deal with, Hispanic section is good, and their donuts are AMAZING.
Come here AT LEAST for the donuts, fr worth it.
8 of my friends (9 including me) never got any kind of response when we applied to work here, plus the managers always seemed to mysteriously unavailable to be spoken to.
I've literally called the store, got told to call back the next morning, called the next morning, "Manager on vacation" :/
when will they be back? " X date." Thanks so much.
Called back on X date, "She'll be here tomorrow morning" thanks.
Calls back tomorrow morning, "Hi, not here. Call again tomorrow morning."
At which point I came INTO THE STORE to speak with this elusive hiring manager, just to be told that they were on vacation and won't be back for a while.

So suffice to say, hiring process seems messy, outdated, unreliable, and flat out non-functional at times.
The website needs to be updated, the employees need proper customer service training because regardless of what I'm calling about, and who's answering, it's always in a tone that sounds like I might aswell be interrupting a neurosurgeon mid incision.
The only redeeming quality of this store is what it sells, and I'm not talking standard groceries.
Not only does Shoppers have a decent spread of hispanic foods, ingredients, drinks & snacks, but it's also got some of, if not THE BEST donuts you could buy from a store.
The donut chains like Dunkin or Krispy Kreme got nothing on SFW donuts, they got Croissant donuts (Cronuts), marble iced, Holland Creme (my favorite), jam filled, lemon pudding filled, boston creme, and of course all your standard donut types like powdered, brown sugar, plain and glazed, not to even mention some specialty ones they have on occasion like the apple pie filled brown sugar, or marbled icing cronuts.
Plus they're reasonably priced, which automatically raises the rating for me.

โABSOLUTELY AMAZING. i used to live in camelots neighborhood, and I can assure you me and my grandpa were the top customers. I moved sadly but if I could live a life as an 8 year old and go here every day one more time, I would. I would buy milkyways or Hershey's bars and freeze them, I'd buy the blue raspberry popsicles that were the best. I'd buy the pickled sausages and to this day I don't know where I'd be without them. This is not just a corner store in a small town that nobody knows, it's my childhood. This store watched me grow up. Even though the skinny old man that worked there would get mad at me because I'd get there at 5:40 every day, since they used to close at 6, it was still worth it. I miss buying my snacks at Joe's so much, and I want to return to my old home. I miss walking to Joe's with my mom! I miss driving to Joe's in my grandpa's big white truck after going to bensville park for 2 hours. If a worker ever sees this message, it's me the blonde kid you would see every day from 2017 to 2023! I miss you! โกโ
