“We visited this post office as the location where we had an appointment for a passport application was unexpectedly closed. Upon our arrival, Eric welcomed us without a prior appointment. I can sincerely express that I have never experienced such exceptional care as I did during our interaction with him. He demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and warmth, assisting me with all my needs with remarkable attentiveness. Eric is a valuable asset to the team, positively impacting every customer's experience. I commend him for his outstanding personality and exemplary customer service ♥️”

The -1 Star is for the temperature. It was freezing in there, same temperature like outside. Also The shipping forms was not stocked and labeled, so I had to stay in the like asking for a shipping form to fill it out afterwards and then to go back to the line to send off my package. Time consuming of 45min. But I wasn’t in the rush, just freezing ? and like i said, the stuff was very nice.”
“Convenient, large parking lot, normal hours, pleasant employees and quick processing of transactions and positive interactions with the normal staff working the counter. You can get greeting cards as well displayed on a rack, USPS shipping supplies including envelopes and boxes for flat rate, stamps, stamped envelopes. Always smells clean, organized and easy to conduct business”
“Went to the Pomfret Post Office after work today to mail a package to a friend. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quick service, in and out in 3 minutes, no line. Excellent!”

Service is fine and not slow.
It has lots of gift cards and wrapping here. Takes credit cards and apple pay.”

Yesterday, my daughter and I went to the Ft Washington Post Office for passport renewal services. Victor was so professional, kind, efficient, and knew exactly what he was doing.
The Department of State sent us a letter that her passport renewal application was received, but we completed the incorrect form and provided us with the correct form and instructions for next steps.
Victor greeted us warmly. We had our part completed and Victor immediately knew what to do. What a breath of fresh air. I believe we were in and out within 7 minutes. I told Victor that he was a God-send. I was sharing this experience with a friend and she also commented that she has been serviced by Victor multiple times and the experience has always been phenomenal

“Apparently now all mail is delivered by Waldorf PO. LaPlata PO only has 1 clerk working at a time and the line can get long. I heard rumors of it closing soon. I cannot image with all the business it still gets.”
