Same-day diagnosis, repair and return of my vehicle, excellent communication from drop-off to pick-up, and friendly customer service (even my dogs liked him - and my girl hates dudes (she has her reasons). Also, there's this lovely tech there named James who made to sure clear the code a couple times before trying to suggest the service. He genuinely tried to see if it would clear on its own, given the circumstances of my gas cap fumble earlier in the week, and suggested to return if and when it did. And when it did, they handled it promptly If you're in the need for a fix, and you're looking to champion a local neighborhood business, look no further than the kind, competent and professional DAKIS Service Center in Kings Contrivance Shopping Center (attached to the Exxon). Everyone here is very nice, they accommodate sudden walk ins and they are really understanding on what your car actually needs versus trying to get money out of you. “Such nice people. I had just came from tires plus who wanted to charge me $102 for a light bulb change. The bulb cost was $4-$6 and the rest was labor. So I went here instead. “I ran over a large screw, with the washer intact, while I was out running errands.I Googled the nearest tire shop this shop was suggested.It was drizzling on that day. I pulled into the lot and the mechanic came to my truck and I told him what I needed. He instructed me to turn my wheel a certain way then proceeded to repair my tire, while I was still seated in my truck. I would say it took slightly over 10 minutes from start to finish.I have driven pass this establishment, many many times and never knew this place existed!”

I reported it to the cashier and he took some pictures and he was going to tell his manager.I haven't been there since so I don't have any updates.They did have new MTN Dew flavors so that was nice”

We had a flat tire and they eventually replaced all four tires with very reasonable price and even worked after hours to get it done in one afternoon. Highly recommended for any auto mechanics work.”
