“I had a great experience buying shoes for my wedding at Allen Edmonds. I had previously ordered two pairs of shoes from another brand, but they fit poorly and I was not fully convinced of the quality. So I walked into this store out of desperation at 7pm, four days before the wedding. Cesar was extremely helpful and, after measuring my foot, brought out a pair of shoes that fit perfectly. They looked great and were also very comfortable. Highly recommended!”

“I drove to Oxon Hills in order to buy a pear of soccer cleats and this outlet met all my expectations. One, the parking lot had plenty of empty spots. There is no way they are going to fill all of them, so that's a plus. Two, pricing for socks, shorts, and shirts were more or less same as Amazon, but shoes were about $10~ $15 cheaper than online which was great! Also, their clearance section had some amazing options. Usually I don't find many shoes in a clearance section for my size (11.5) but they actually had some cool shoes. Three, customer service was surprisingly amazing. During my shopping I witnessed some customers who were going really rough on staff members but staff members were keeping their cool and providing an amazing customers service. When it was my turn, they also helped me the best way possible. So, 10/10 for employees for that given day. Also, there are other sports clothing brands as well nearby such as Under Armor, Nike, and Skechers. So, definitely worth to drive and compare what they got.”

He did a fantastic job at a very fair price. While I was there, I couldn’t help but to admire the beautiful collection of shoes on sale.If I ever need my shoes repaired, I will certainly be back. Also, I will only buy upscale shoes from Sky Valet.Thank you!”
“Teresa was the best. Great customer service is hard to come by these days especially when it's just about closing, but Teresa made us feel special and important. “My family's been shopping at ROCKDEEP for three years now. And Everything's GREAT! Every product we ordered was made from with such magnificent quality. The feel and appearance of every piece kept me going back to make more purchases. The finial touches was wonderful such as the time they gifted every purchase with gold keychains, mask, bags with zippers, or thank you cards. This company is extremely customer friendly and thoughtful. I wish I could shop in-store however I leave near the beaches of California. “I came here a few months ago and still remember my experience. I came a couple days before I had a career fair and got to the store 30 minutes before closing. Even though the store was getting ready to close for the night I was with a very nice employee who smiled and asked if there any help that I needed.
I explained that I’m not smart clothes shopping and was looking for some business casual shoes to complete my look for the career fair. I’m very happy and satisfied with help I I received from her. Not once did I feel rushed and the input I received from her felt genuine like she was actually trying to help me create a good look and not just trying to sell me random stuff.
Such a good experience that checking out I asked to speak to the manager just for a minute to tell her how happy I am with my experience and that was a truly five star interaction and that this girl should be up for employee of the month”

“This location was bigger than the other one. Staff was very knowledgeable and had a few things I really liked. However, most of what you'll get will probably have to be order off-line. All in all great store, I'll stop in when I'm in the area.”
