“This place is the real deal! I brought my Jeep in after a sideswipe downtown, and the experience has been top-tier from the start.
They got me in promptly for an estimate and even ordered the necessary parts in advance before I dropped the car off. Communication has been excellent—they call every Wednesday with an update, and anytime I’ve called the shop with a question, I’ve been given a prompt and straightforward answer.
The repair is taking a little longer than I originally expected, but I’m thrilled knowing they’re taking the time to get it done right the first time around. I’d much rather have quality work than a rushed repair.

“This place is incredible. I’ve never seen a place work so quickly and everyone is so kind and friendly. I needed a sensor checked out and they found a nail in my tire and then 3 other sensors messed up. Without them I would be in trouble on the side of the road in the future. They are the best in Baltimore by far for any car work.”

My service rep Scott Johnson was great; he called the next day to provide me a status on my vehicle and to let me know, some additional recommended services that was needed. He also followed up and let me know when the repairs where completed. I had very good service from this dealership and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.”

“I found Tyre’s on Yelp. Chris B was super helpful as my 1st POC. I ended up calling to speak about an appointment and was informed that appointments can be requested on the website. This alone is a game changer for me. I had been previously informed by a car dealer that I needed my transmission replaced due to a leak. This is what I was prepared for. Ben W was my POC at this point and informed me that I did not need a full transmission but a replacement of the pan and oil change and rear breaks. Tyre’s Auto has gained a regular customer.”

“Interstate Tire is hands down the very best tire shop in the region bar none! They provide excellent service in all facets of their business including tire replacement, tire repair, brake pad & rotor replacement and front & rear alignments. Their prices on tires cannot be beaten - period! The only downside to Interstate are the length if time you end up having to wait when you decide to stay with your vehicle rather than dropping it off. However, those wait times are because they are so damned busy, which is a true testament to how damed good they are at what they do! I've been going to them for more than 10 years and will NEVER go anywhere else for tires - full stop!”

“Rick and his team have worked on 4 different cars of ours over the last 15 years. I have complete trust in the work they performed for me. I believe they provide honest and thorough diagnosis and repairs. My most recent issue was a transmission slippage while on the highway. While the onboard computer showed no issues, they researched Acura documentation and found a technical bulletin advising a software update may be required for my car. It worked!! “My husband had to put the spare on my truck on a Monday night due to a screw in my tire. Called Carney Tire on Tuesday morning and they had no problem with me dropping off my tire the same day. While I was dropping off the tire (10 minutes after I called) They made sure the spare was securely on the truck before I went to work. After work, I stopped to pick up the (permanently patched) tire and while I was there, they put the tire back on the truck and also put my spare back - all for $53.
The staff was super nice and efficient. They have definitely earned a loyal customer!”
“So! I was recommended by a friend to go here and want to recommend to everyone that my experience was as advertised! They don't take appointments, so arrive just before or at 8am when they open for the opportunity of same day service. If not, the later you arrive the better chance it won't be ready until the next business day.
I was quoted at Goodyear for an exhaust leak $1400, as they said the whole thing needed to be replaced. Well, my friend heard that and laughed and pointed me here. They gave me a quick estimate after looking under the vehicle and it was $220! I was blown away. I left the vehicle and three hours later I'm being called to be advised it's ready. When I arrived, no change in price, honesty and great work. They welded my faulty section of the muffler and I was back ob the road with a car that went from sounding like an 18 wheel dump truck to an electric vehicle, which it is not.
My only regret was delaying the repair thinking it would be at least 50% of what the previous shop quoted. These guys handle their biz, to which they'll have mine for the foreseeable future.”
