“Been calling them since morning and no one answered and finally they got to answer the call round 3pm and the lady just told me to go on hold and as it is now l am still on hold for almost an hour and half and what l really need is urgent and can’t afford to drop the call . At some point there are no guests l could hear them talking to themselves and still leave me on hold . What kind of service is this honestly. Today January 2nd 2026 at 4.38pm on hold since about 3pm . I will attach a screenshot of the call. Let them know even people calling are customers as well. You can’t make someone hold for this long. What is the use of the phone if they ignore clients on the phone like this .”
