“Adan R. (who I believe is a store manager) at this location was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us resolve a very complicated issue that we had spoken about with 4 other Verizon reps with no resolution before. Resolving the issue required multiple steps over multiple weeks, and Adan made sure to follow up throughout that whole period, consistently explaining what was happening and what he was doing and being very responsive and patient with our questions. I can't emphasize enough how grateful we are to Adan for his help and follow through”

“I walked in to this location after a bad experience at another location and was blown away by the customer service in this store. 10 stars!!! The manager Mark greeted us the moment we walked in and was able to quickly get us set up with at home wifi. Once the plans had been decided and paperwork signed Mark introduced us to BenShekn M. Ans this young man was nothing short of amazing. The perfect mix of knowledge, friendliness and approchability. He helped us set up the box and made sure that it worked all while answering questions we had about other services but not making us feel forced into buying anything.
