“We never really write reviews for anything but after our experience today at this DSW, we had to. All five stars are for Ms. Anne who assisted us with our check out. She was an absolute pleasure and managed to turn a regular shopping experience into a highlight of the day. Her smile, energy, and kindness are radiant and she made the checkout process smooth and entertaining. I myself am in the business of luxury hospitality and this was easily a 5 star experience. We hope to see her again when we return and hope everyone gets the chance to meet Ms. Anne.”
