“Courteous and knowledgeable staff, great customer service. On my first visit, they used the Brannock Device to determine I’d been walking around in the wrong size shoe for no knows how long. On my second visit, they asked me what size shoe they’d given me the last time. They said they didn’t have it in stock (I have a weird size so I wasn’t too shocked) but ferried it up from their Ellicott City location the very next day.”

Sabainah went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant shopping experience, and her kindness and gentle demeanor left a lasting impression on us.
