“I arrived 15 minutes before close after phone support transferred the wrong number in my family plan to a new phone, causing both phones to stop working. Despite being busy, the manager immediately got a brief description of our issue, assured us that it should be easy to fix, and got us checked in. He stayed late to help us and had both phones working with the correct numbers in about 10 minutes.”
