This company has never made me to feel like I am a bother, instead they always make me feel like we are working together for the best interest of my business. Each time I have to email my customer service team, the respond so quickly that I am never left wondering if anyone is going to help me. They return calls so fast and have answers. If they don't, which is hardly the case, they get back to me with the answer. Seriously, this bank I cannot say enough good things about them. I feel my money is safe, well protected and maintained. I've been with other banks and man, no one has ever made me feel like my company is the only company that matters when we have an interaction! WOW.”

“Good service but they need to be clearer on the times they open. The door says they open at 830 but the doors were still locked. I called the bank and they said the drive thru is open at 830. They need to be more specific cause I had to wait for 30mins which made me later than I needed to be for work”

“Went to close my savings account, since is was forbidden to keep. Was well greeted at the door. Alexis Smith was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me with the transfer. She asked if I wanted to open a new account to act as my savings account, as to keep the money separately. I asked, would I get a new bank card since it's a checking account? And would they look different?Unfortunately the cards would look the same so she suggested to link the accounts. So I can keep one cards for both accounts. She also updated my account so I can receive the rewards. Overall, she was very knowledgeable and very courteous.”
