When I got there, they had exactly the part I needed, got me fixed up and on the road in less than 30 minutes and charged me a third of what I was expecting from another shop. Honest is great but what about diagnostic and repair skills? Again, Glen is a standout. His knowledge is a very apparent indicator of a life in the business. I, like everyone have had various issues with vehicles. Glenn gets you in fast, diagnoses the problem quickly, and most importantly the repairs are done correctly.
I am nobody special. No more days of big fleets.. just two personal vehicles. “I went to Bedell Automotive to get a second opinion and a diagnostic for some problems that the Honda dealership alleged that my car had.
What impressed me most about Bill at Bedell Automotive was that he took the time to go through the maintenance history and information about the car to diagnose the issues I had with my Honda - and was able to clearly show that the issues that the dealership was saying I had (suspension, rods, ball joints) were not founded. And he didn't charge me just for taking a look like the dealership did.
Bill also took the time to look up the Honda technical service bulletin for my car for another issue - which the dealership didn't entertain at all - and we came up with a plan to address it at a later date.
Can't recommend Bedell enough. These are the sorts of honest businesses we should be supporting.”

“I'm a young woman who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, but I ended up with a used tire for $65 which I believe is a reasonable price. They were recommended to me by the mechanic I go to over at Wilson's Specialties. The young man who put on my tire was very friendly but only spoke Spanish, but there was a translator around so it wasn't a huge issue. Over all a decent experience. It's been several weeks now and I haven't had any issues with it so far.”
