“My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them.
Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time.
When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new.
When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them.
I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem.
They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me.
I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”

I began using CAPR approximately two years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I started with routine maintenance. I am consistently pleased with the ease and promptness of securing appointments. I recently had need for body work; my first and only call was to CARP. I was able to immediately schedule an inspection of the damage at which time I was presented with repair options.
