“My bmw car was hit in DC and the person who hit me had GEICO insurance and GEICO sent me to Car Collison in Maryland. The drop off process was extremely easy and they gave me an estimate and took my car and gave me a time frame of when to expect the car and I left it with them.
Without asking, they provided me with text picture updates on the status of my car and in the text messages informed me that the car would be finished on time.
When I picked up the car, we went over it and it looked brand new.
When I got home I realized that one of my back windows wasn’t working properly and I called them.
I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up as scheduled and within 15 minutes they had corrected the problem.
They were very friendly and extremely professional to work with and I am 100 percent satisfied with the work on the car but more importantly I loved the service and updates they provided to me.
I would utilize their services again and recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with getting their car fixed.”

I began using CAPR approximately two years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I started with routine maintenance. I am consistently pleased with the ease and promptness of securing appointments. I always receive thorough explanations of what work needs immediate attention as well as the identification of future work that may be necessary. All information is communicated by the patient and friendly team in terms that I clearly understand.

I recently had need for body work; my first and only call was to CARP. I was able to immediately schedule an inspection of the damage at which time I was presented with repair options. By the end of the day, I received a thorough written estimate via email. In 2017, this Maaco fabulously took care of body work then beautifully painted my vintage car (‘85 Chrysler LeBaron). I loved the work, customer service, pricing, and appreciated their expertise!!! Despite the fact that I now live in Central VA, some 107 MILES southeast of this awesome establishment, when my vintage car sustained damage to the driver door, I knew I wanted Maaco - Gaithersburg to restore it to its former beauty! As a car enthusiast, I’ve had some really poor experiences with other body shops in the past regarding workmanship and professionalism, so I was hesitant to try a new place. You can tell they have a great team dynamic here—when I went to pick up the car, the mechanic was blasting music in the bay and the office staff didn't mind at all; it just felt like a team that actually enjoys working together, which usually translates to better work.
The results speak for themselves. The paint match is absolutely perfect against the pre-existing panels, which isn't easy to do on this car. And it was for free. Donna (I got her name here in the reviews) gave us a detailed estimate for repair and the numbers are very reasonable.
