“Austin, the royal farms coworker is great. I ordered tenders and fries, but fries were cooking and would take 9 minutes to finish. He was offering me something to substitute so I didn't have to wait around long. But I told him that it was fine, and I didn't mind at all. He is what a company should look for in having well mannered employee. Royal farms should be using Austin, as an example for giving costumers excellent service. Because he has what many stores lack, which is great costumer service. Keep up the awesome costumer service Austin.”

“Really appreciated the above and beyond service from Becca “ with the Black Bun “ as she said . This morning at about 9:45 walked into place an order for some chicken. She immediately greeted me with a smile and asked me if she could cook me up some fresh chicken. It would be about 10 minutes. I said absolutely. I walked back in to pick up my chicken and politely asked her if there was a way she could let it drain an extra 30 seconds and possibly put paper towel at the bottom of my bag. She did this plus extra without a problem super polite. ?? you have fabulous customer service skills honey keep it up. We need more people like you.?”
“Ordered from the delivery today 9/4/23. Went a picked up order. Paid 67 dollars for said food. Came home and was given the wrong order. I immediately called the deli manager hung up on me. I drove the wrong part of the order back. Which I was told I gave them the wrong order number. I gave her the food and at that time was told she was not preparing the correct food for us and we would have to deal with Mike the owner so no dinner for have of our family.9/5/23 Updated review.This morning I went into Craigtown Market to speak with Mike the owner to resolve the issue from last night. Mike was respectful and we were able to talk to each other with respect. I was given a refund for the items I didn't receive and left feeling grateful that the manager and I were able to speak to each other and resolve the issue and still having me want to do business with the store still. I recommen if you have an issue speak with Mike the owner and he will make things right. We are all just human and mistakes are made but this business will make it right when something does go wrong.”
“I loooooove this store, it is ultimately top tier. I love little Sam and his brothers (Sam’s the hottest out of all of them #weloveourshortkings), their customer service is out of this universe, always giving back to the needy (Basically me & my family) and always making someone laugh. In this community there is a lot of Hoodlums; and our short king always give to them. Now he may be a little, but his heart is big. We love the store and you should go there too, but don’t rob them because like I said Sam is really short and chubby, so if you try to steal from him, he’d probably fall and break something and then you’ll be in prison. “Walgreens has been my go to pharmacy for years and the pharmacy staff is excellent. But you also need to go into this store to see the wide variety of choices for everything you need. They offer a small amount of refrigerated items but always have a number of items on sale or lower than many department stores like Target and Walmsrt. You will be surprised.”

“Spiders. So so many spiders. There are genuinely thousands of spiders at this royal farms. Their webs cover the outside of the store, they wrap around the gas pumps. It’s a very surreal experience, do not go if arachnophobic.”

“Nice and easy for a quick meal when we are on the go. There is something for everyone, no matter what you are in the mood for. MY only complaint is not being able to special order menu items from the app for pickup. Lately, I've been grabbing cups of soup which are surprisingly low calorie for creamy soups. They are filling and decent. I've never had an issue with the freshness of anything in their made to order department. One of my favorite things is the Coca Cola drink dispenser because you can x any flavor you could imagine in diet!”
“Scheduled and received COVID vaccination at this 1201 E Churchville store on October 27, 2021 at 2:50pm. Wife and I have been to two other Walgreens for vaccinations, and they were fine. But my experience at this store and pharmacy was excellent. I hope management reads this comment. From the pharmacy staff to pharmacist who inoculated me to the counter clerks up front, everyone was friendly, cheerful, helpful, and effective. Sorry I didn't go here first, but will be back for other business, vaccinations. A well run store with skillful pharmacist.”
