“Went in this location looking for a combination lock. Mr. Hall was standing near front, with a warm welcoming smile. He acknowledged me, took me to the aisle with locks, was engaging and professional. What a breath of fresh air to receive such awesome service and he was a manager filling in from another store. Then I went to pay for my lock and CC was at the register, she was kind, patient and professional. Another plus in my book she was smiling ? also. These 2 wonderful people need to be on a team to show other employees in other businesses how to treat customers. I will be returning again. Very satisfied!!!”
