I want to give the highest praise and heartfelt thanks to the manager, Dan at Homesense in Bel Air. I had accidentally left my wallet in a shopping cart, and as a mother of four with very limited resources right now, I was absolutely devastated. I assumed the worst, thinking it was gone forever.
But the manager immediately stepped in—not only did he search every cart inside the store, he even checked the carts in the parking lot. He reassured me throughout the entire situation, promising to contact me if it turned up. His kindness alone gave me a glimmer of hope in a moment of panic.
Miraculously, an honest customer found my wallet and returned it to the store. Without hesitation, the manager ran outside to find me—not knowing if I was still there—and personally returned it to me. I was overwhelmed with emotion.
In a time when I’ve been facing more than my fair share of challenges, this one act of integrity and genuine care meant everything to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Homesense is lucky to have a leader who treats people with such compassion and urgency.

“I always find some good deals in the children's (infants and toddler) clothing department but the racks are total chaos. Sizes are all mixed together and even the opposite genders are mixed in. Also, the selection for girls sizes 4-12 is abismal. I wish the disorganization was solely due to the Christmas season but sadly it's been like this for months.”
“I get my quail food here every few weeks, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They had everything I needed when we started out keeping birds last year. We got some bantam chickens and silkies this year from this location and all of them are healthy and thriving. I will continue to give this store all my business in the future”

“Walmart in Baltimore County is much better and cleaner. Items in stock is well organized and easy to find and the employees are respectful and professional when doing their jobs. The only problem I have is whenever I apply for a job position here or the one on Washington Blvd, the HR department never view my applications. Be nice if I had a chance to be part of the company success but I guess it's not my time yet.. Other than that all is good. ?”

“I arrived at the place during the rush hour of the day. I was looking for a suit for my 5 years old son. I found a few suits left over from Easter Sunday. The place was busy. The lady was also willing to show me other kids' suits. The dressing room was messy, just like Marshall's. Anyhow, I bought two suits. Again, the evening was still a pleasant experience since the ladies I've asked help from was helpful. I will come back here.”
“Hit or miss here. Lots of empty spots on the shelves most of the time. Hate all the stuff they have locked behind glass cases, you push the button for help and nobody ever shows up. However in the last month or so I have seen more employees on the floor and that has not been as bad”

“Great deals on Men's clothing. Can usually get a deal on Carhart depending on the time of the year. Usually have big and tall sizes. Sometimes socks and underwear”
