“If you’re in Cecil County, you need to check out American Home & Hardware in Elkton. This place is a true one-stop shop. They’ve got everything you need, and they’re not pushy at all—which is hard to find.
I use this place for all my STIHL equipment for my lawn care business, LawnLuxe LLC here in Elkton, MD, and they’ve always taken care of me. They’re also a STIHL Authorized Service Center, so if anything needs repairs or maintenance, I know it’s in good hands.
What really sets them apart is how much they offer. They do custom paint mixing, key cutting and duplication, locksmithing and rekeying, transponder key replacement, notary services, UPS drop-off and full shipping, propane refills, and even watch battery replacement.
They also handle grill assembly and outdoor power equipment assembly, which saves a ton of time and hassle. If you’re working on a project, they’ve got services like material take-offs, truss and deck design, pipe cutting and threading, rebar cutting, rope and chain cutting, and special ordering if they don’t have something in stock. Plus, they offer free estimates and quotes.
Need equipment? They’ve got tool rentals, equipment rentals, and even party rentals. On top of that, they offer delivery services for lumber, gravel, construction materials, and more.
They even do glass cutting, plexiglass, screen repair and replacement, and chainsaw chain sharpening, and if you’re picking up heavier materials, they’ll bring everything out and load it up for you (if you’re into that type of thing). lol
