“The service was fast, professional, THOROUGH and most importantly (to me) consistent!! There are no other full service detailing businesses that compare. I arrived just ahead of my appointment time (as advised) and before I could walk close to the business, the owner greeted me, took the keys and pull in my vehicle. It's one thing to have an appointment, but to have a process that is SO CLEAN that you pull the car in at the appointment time?!?! I not only salute this business, I HIGHLY recommend it.”

I appreciate that rather than giving me the cost of everything that needed to be fixed on my car, their estimate was specific to which parts I wanted replaced/fixed. I had to go back to get a minor repair after the work was done and they took care of it promptly. “Will did a fantastic job cleaning and restoring my Tacoma. I've had the vehicle for three years and had never got it detailed or washed outside of the occasional automatic car wash. I shopped around a LOT when deciding on a detailer and am glad I went with Voxel. My truck is cleaner than it was when I bought it new and the paint is smooth as glass. Will was able to get several scratches out for me (this truck sees constant lumber pick ups and dumb runs) that I was unable to remove previously. I'll be coming back soon for my wife's vehicle and will be back again for mine as well!”

The customer service at Universal is some of the best I have has the pleasure of experiencing. He is straightforward and the work they do is top notch. It took a little longer to get it shipped out, but that is only because he won't let a car go until he knows it is fully ready and meets their high standards. The fitment was perfect and the tech ensured I was consulted to ensure my satisfaction. They also had performed a paint restoration and full exterior detail. All of the products they had used had left my car spotless and the paint feeling like brand new from the dealership. Highly recommended for any all body, paint, restoration, and installation work.”

“About a month ago I had ceramic coating put on my car and Atomic did a fantastic job. Today, however, Atomic really shined for me. I got sick this morning and vomited in my brand-new Porsche. I was so upset, but I drove straight to Atomic (after a shower and change of clothes) and they took me right in without an appointment. My car looks as good as new, it's like it never happened and I'm very grateful to Atomic. This would have been a terrible weekend, but now everything is just fine.”

“I always use the self serve bays and I think they have the best car wash in Maryland. I love the ceramic products it makes my car look amazing. It’s not quite hand wax or sealant, but it’s a good alternative for in between times like weekly car washing. I travel all the way from Ellicott City just to get my car washed here.
