“Let me start by saying I'm a research nerd, and I take all reviews with a grain of salt. However, in Hany's case, all of the 5-star feedback you see is legit and well-deserved.
Hany is a hidden gem among mechanics because not only is he skilled in his field, he's a very honest and kind human being. I'm a car guy, so I can spot a fellow enthusiast a mile away. Hany knows what he is doing, and he enjoys it.
I had the pleasure to work with Hany on my BMW post-warranty for a brake fluid change and rear sway bar upgrade. He went over the labor and cost for my inquiry (very fair btw - better than neighboring Indy shops), and we coordinated a time/date a few days later. He arrived on time to work on my vehicle, completed the work much faster than anticipated, and charged exactly what he quoted me. We then took my vehicle for a test-drive to test everything, and I was 100% satisfied and happy with the end result.
Lastly, this is from my own experience when reaching out to Hany for the first time:
1) If he doesn't answer your phone calls, give him the benefit of the doubt; it's out of respect for the current job he is working on. He is not ignoring you.
2) Send him a detailed text or voicemail of your inquiry. He will get back to you.

Update 1:
Hany did such a great job on my rear sway bar upgrade that I decided to opt for the more invasive 5-hour front sway bar upgrade on my BMW; he had to remove my front bumper and wheels to gain access to the front sway bar. I cannot say enough about Hany's skills. The man truly understands his craft, and my vehicle handles like a dream now with zero body roll thanks to the front and rear sway bar combo. Thanks again, Hany!”

“I was in a desperate situation as my car got an unexpected flat tire due to a puncture in the tire. I drove slowly and arrived at the Mr. Tire on route 40 in Ellicott City, MD. I was greeted by Michelle who was standing behind the counter. She was very polite.
I explained that I was on my way to Pennsylvania and had a time constraint. She quickly reviewed tires along with pricing. She looked at her tech schedule and stated that she could get me in for a tire change in between 90 minutes up to as long as 2 hours.
I asked Michelle if there was anything she could do to get my tire change done sooner? She said she would check with her technicians and would be right back. She came back and said that they could get me out in 1 hour. I was so relieved and decided to get my tire changed. I ended up getting 2 tires replaced as suggested by Michele.
What is amazing about the service of Mr. Tire and the efforts by the technician who changed 2 tires for me, was that he/she replaced both tires in 35 minutes!!! I was back on the road in 40 minutes!!
What Michele and the team did for me was astounding!

“I have been going to Goodyear roughly 26 years. I've always used the Catonsville location. I was sent to the Ellicott City store a couple years ago because a machine went down at the Catonsville location. I was impressed with this location. I like the size of the waiting area. It's not tight and congested. I especially like that they're open on Sundays. The Catonsville location is not. My work schedule is hectic so the Sunday option is definitely an appreciated bonus. I have worked with Michelle, Bernardo and Dave. I have received excellent customer service from all three any time I bring my vehicle in. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and have a good sense of humor. When the mechanics come out with an update, they take the time to break everything down. I appreciate their honesty when they tell me if a service needs to be done that day or if it can wait until my next visit. I would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced at this location. This location checks all the boxes.”

“There is no worse start to your day than to pull up at the shop and see your service van sitting there with a completely flat tire. I was able to baby it down to Mr. Tire where a wonderful, amazing and very kind tech named Jeff jumped in and absolutely saved my entire day! I explained that I was scheduled to be somewhere at 11 (giving him about an hour or so window) and said that if I had to I would come back. He said “no problem” hopped out from behind the desk and next thing I know here’s my van with a brand new tire all set and ready to go with time to spare. He did all the work himself to get me back on track for my day and I cannot express enough how much I truly appreciate that!
