“First off, shout out to Buddy and Hannah for helping me out.I currently rent a unit here and I went looking for packing boxes. They were innocuously closed during posted business hours. I waited at the door for a few minutes after calling the suggested numbers for help. Neither number led to a person nor gave information as to when staff would return to the counter. I stayed a moment longer and was greeted by an unlocking door. A staff member emerged and informed me that they were on a mandatory lunch. I thanked them for inviting me in. We chatted for a moment and I purchased what I came for. Had I not been greeted by staff I would certainly have taken my money to another establishment. Both staff were very helpful and willing to take time from their lunch to make a sale. Highly intelligent individuals who seem to understand how a profitable business functions. “I really don’t give reviews, but I have to give one for this property. I have been at this property for two going on three years and so far everything is smooth. Didn’t have a problem. Customer service on the property is wonderful. Everyone is friendly. And take care of your issues right away. Drew is always nice love his personality I have never seen him in a bad mood always with a smile, I just met Sabrina this year, wonderful personality as well. She’s very knowledgeable about things and she shared them with you. Thanks , Drew and Sabrina for making my storing on your property. Wonderful.
