“I rarely leave reviews unless I feel as though that business actually deserves it. Today, my grandmother needed a cashier check and I had to assist. I called to see what exactly I needed to prepare for this transaction. Ms. Jennifer answered and walked me through every little detail beginning to end. Sweet as pie!!! I was more than confident when I pulled up to the drive through. When we arrived at the drive through Ms. Belva ( praying I’m spelling that right) was AWESOME. I have never in all my years banking with M&T dealt with a teller so polite and kind! She didn’t rush me or my grandmother although it seem to get busy as soon as we pulled up. “I came in to open a new account. I have banked at Truist for several years now, and have not been please with the service in the area. However, my experiences changed with the high level of service I received today. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a teller who directed me to the seating area. Before I could even sit down, the Branch leader, Calvin Todman, informed me he could assist me right away. He went above and beyond to open my account, answer questions, and set everything up while I was in office. There was nothing left for me to do at home! When he did not know a questions right away , he was very transparent and asked for support to ensure the answer was correct. I could tell that he cared about the level of service that he provides to clients. I am happy that I chose this location for my banking needs.”
“We had a family function there. Great space for gatherings BUT my only complaint is the removal of trash afterwards. There should be more trash cans for the trash. But great place to have a function!”
“I have had nothing but great interactions with Chase Bank. I do not ask for much, so, I'm very simple to please. But, the staff is always courteous and friendly. When I call customer service, it has been a very pleasurable experience.
I see others comments about poor customer service, and I dont see it. I guess it is subjective. No one is perfect, and the people running this bank are human beings, and fallible, but that does not mean they do not try or care. They have to follow policy, so if your problem is a check not being accepted, there is a reason, and it is not the associates fault.
As I've stated, I dont go in often, as my activities are mostly online, but I have never truely had any discord, and am always greeted warmly by the amazing staff at the Glen Burnie branch, and the incredible customer service when I have a general question for Chase service call center.
They deserve a better rating, not because you had a bad one time experience or did not get your way... but because they are good people, and dont deserve your vitriol because of policy. Please be specific when you post. Running Chase down for their practices is ok, if you feel that way... but running the staff down because they have to perform certain duties or lose their jobs, even when they are gracious and kind to you, is just wrong.

I was here for what I had thought was a simple transaction, renewing the annual fee of a safety box. However, the process turned a lot more complicated than I thought and I had two ladies who patiently helped me by consistently brainstorming the best solution. Together, they must have spent about an hour assisting me.
I suspect if I had gone to a different branch, I would’ve been turned away with a “sorry, please call customer service”. I am so glad I came to this branch! I wish I lived closer because it would really reassure me to live close to a Capital One location with these amazing ladies (in my haste, I didn’t at have the opportunity to ask for their names)

“Small and convenient for those who live, work on post. I live nearby and always use the drive up ATM which helps me avoid having to go inside. When I do go in the reps are always very nice and helpful. Keep in mind the hours are limited but there is another NFCU nearby in Odenton (same shopping area as WEIS, Chesapeake Dental, Transformations gym).”
