“This is THE best place in Frederick! All the instructors are so so nice and welcoming! Regardless of how packed the class is, the instructor is always there for you to correct and guide as needed. This is extremely helpful and the reason why PB does help you get toned faster - the technique is key and personally I think it’s hard to achieve that just by going to the gym.
I’ve been going here for about 6 months and I’m loving it! You get a variety of workouts to choose from and the schedule is very convenient - classes are offered 7 days a week at various times. This is exactly what drew me here - I knew I’ll be able to get in for a 5.30 am class, lunch-time class or a class after work/on a weekend.
I’ve tried yoga, pilates, HIIT bootcamps, gym but PB is a fantastic combination of all of that. Highly recommend! ❤️”

From the start I felt comfortable and well taken care of. There are curtains every where, not just around the fitting room so you feel privacy and are not display. Peggy worked one on one with me, as it is appointment only, so you have plenty of time be measured and she assess what you are looking for or don’t like. She pulled many options and styles to try on and explained in detail how it should properly fit and look under clothes. I did not feel pressured to buy anything, though I bought a bunch!
Highly recommend for any women- you don’t get this service or knowledge in mainstream stores.”

Ms. Shahida R. always delivers and does an EXCELLENT work on my hair. If you have short hair, Shahida is your BEST hairstylist in JCP hair salon in Frederick, MD. Shahida’s been cutting my hair for about 3 years now and I follow her wherever she goes. When she left Ulta to JCP, I did not mind the longer drive because she’s that good and amazing! ? It’s hard to find a hairstylist that is good with short hair. She’s artistic and will give an honest and confident advice what’s best for your hair and overall facial features on both cut and color/highlights. On a personal note, she is so polite, very nice, and the sweetest person. And most especially, She CARES about her customers and TAKES PRIDE in her work. She will not stop until she is satisfied and happy with her work and you will leave the salon with a big smile, feeling good and beautiful…. Not to forget compliments from other clients and stylist on your way out. ??”

I recently had an outstanding experience at Old Navy, and I just had to share! From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by friendly, attentive staff who made the shopping experience enjoyable. Two associates, Taylor and Amber, went above and beyond to assist me, and their customer service was truly top-notch.
Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to offer helpful suggestions and ensured I was satisfied with my selections. Amber was equally amazing, assisting with the fitting process and making sure everything was a perfect fit.
Their positive attitudes, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit to Old Navy one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. It's rare to find staff that are both genuinely helpful and passionate about customer service, but Taylor and Amber exemplify those qualities.

“I'm new to Torrid, never shopped here until recently.I've had really good experiences, first I was interested in their boots because of the sizing and wide calf, I ordered a size to big and returned them, the manager gladly returned them and helped me order another pair AFTER she measured my calf to ensure I received the correct size! I received the boots and they fit perfect ! I've since ordered another pair and a pair of shoes, and can't wait until they're delivered, the manager gave excellent customer service, and gave me a pack of coupons for future visits, I'm really pleased with Torrid and will shop here again, highly recommend !”

“My family visited Frederick this year because my boyfriend is from the area. We wanted to take advantage of some shopping, so I brought my little sister to the Velvet Lounge as I have been meaning to check this store out from several visits ago.Just as preface, my sister has a physical disability (achondroplasia) which makes shopping very difficult. She will frequently avoid it, but she wanted to enter the store because she thought the mannequins were fashioned very nicely and became excited about the styles (this is super rare for her, so I rolled with it).We started to look for clothes that could be easily tailored to accommodate my sister’s sizing needs. One of the salespeople — whose name I really wish I asked for — saw my sister getting frustrated about the material on a sweater and, very gently, offered to find easy-to-tailor alternatives that mirrored the style of sweater my sister liked. It was handled with such ease and no fanfare; there was no big deal made about my sister’s sizing needs and the woman was so kind and helpful that, after the experience, my sister reported she would love to go back (another rarity!).We were successful and my sister found two shirts that made her feel good about herself; I could not be more appreciative to the woman who had helped me, and the next time I return to Frederick, I am going to try to let her know just how much this meant to my sister and I! ❤️”
“I needed clothes for a funeral, and the salesperson jumped in like a personal shopper. She obviously knew her inventory very well, and she really listened to my feedback as I tried on the clothes she brought to me. I regret that I didn't get her name so that she could be acknowledged more properly. The price tags made me flinch a bit, but it turns out the items I chose were on sale, and well within my reach. I'd been dreading this particular shopping trip, but couldn't be more pleased with my experience.”

“Clarissa, Felicia and so many others who work here are so kind and pleasant but theres one woman in particular who is a manager who is very rude. I heard her screaming at some lady today and calling this poor woman a racist! She didnt do anything to be called that. I dont think customers should be treated this way. I was taken aback and shocked. I believe she said her name was Diane or Annie? It didnt look good for everyone else in line hearing her yelling at this woman. Sadly none of the other employees tried to help the customer they just allowed her to speak to this woman any kind of way. I was embarrassed for the customer and most of all this woman who is supposed to be a manager in control of situations and able to defuse things. Instead she started a argument.
Edited review: they have good deals and thats the only reason why I keep going to this location. I am very tired of alot of the employees having attitude and giving nasty looks and being rude when all im trying to do is get my things and go. I am a kind pleasant person yet when someone is always mean and nasty no matter how kind I try to be it's very irritating to deal with. Maybe need to hire some new pleasant staff that doesnt cause issues.”

“I enjoy shopping at Molly's. You can rest assured you are treated fairly and courteously. The sales associates are the best: Robin, Lori, and Patricia. These are the ladies that I encounter the most. Robin knows me so well that when new clothing comes in she will notify me immediately and say "Princess', we have some cute,cute, cute things that I think you'll like. It doesn't matter if I am wearing St. John Knits or fresh off the exercise circuit. I am never treated poorly. I've shopped here for over 15 years, and I must say the boutique is awesome. The owner knows me by name. I love that personal touch. This is my favorite shop by far. I usually stop by maybe 2-3 times a week just to be greeted by the friendly faces.”
“I was very pleased with my experience shopping for a new suit at this Macys in Frederick, MD. I was greeted by Danika, and she pointed out all of the suits and all of the sales. She said she is alone at the current time working 2 departments; so, she excused herself, and said she would come back to help me further if needed. She did come back 2 times and I was okay trying on different suit jackets. Them Nkosi was on duty in the suit department, and he was very helpful in picking out the right size, and pointing out shoes that would look the best with this ne suit.
Overall, both were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Kudos to both, and to the organization of the store having good options in my size!”
