Not only that, but I arrived at the appointment 15-20 minutes late. Yet, he still took the time to avail me. You can tell he genuinely cares about every single individual who ambulates in. He endeavors his best to help overcome any obstacles that might emerge your way. He authentically gives it his best effort. It's hard to run across people that will genuinely care about you as a person, not just visually perceive you as another client. I've been to another PNC location and had a sublime experience there as well. But from everyone, his accommodations stood out the most.
