“Wonderful customer service! I have an account still open for my deceased mother's estate. Sandy Spring sent me a notice that the account had been inactive for 10 months and, at 12 months, I would be charged a maintenance fee. This is fair and I greatly appreciated the notice so I could avoid the fee. They could have quietly started charging fees but they went above and beyond by sending me a notice.

“Truist t is the best bank I've ever dealt with. There was an issue of consumer reports many years ago that said they were the best bank in the United States. I agree. They take their time to make sure your transaction is accurate. They protected me from a scam situation that occurred on Amazon. An employee of Amazon accessed my account. There were four fraudulent transactions. Truist immediately took steps to protect my account and returned my money. I've had other banks in the past and this one is by far the best”

“I love having had this bank for so long. I came in one day simply to ask about how would opening up a business account banking with them work. The employee was so enthusiastic & helpful, he even helped me step by step explaining how to open my own business that leads to me needing a separate business bank account with them. Another time I made a suggestion with telephone banking, they understood why I suggested vs brushing me off. They’re really nice people at this location, & even though it’s a smaller bank than a huge nation wide bank I really recommend this bank!”
