When my original line stopped working due to an exposed antenna, he efficiently helped me add a temporary additional line so I could stay connected. “My phone has been acting up for the past couple of weeks the screen will go blank I'd have to continually put the charger in the phone take it out in order to see the screen my service provider at wirelessvision was my answer to getting all this corrected they are truly honest and real good at their job he could have told me I needed a new phone but instead he was honest and told me it needed a cleaning inside he did that gave me the phone and I said Thank you and he walked away he didn't even charge me 5 cents what a great person what a great company check it out you'll stick with them”

“Kathleen is great helped me and my husband twice with upgrades and once with returning the old phone after it was converted over to the new one, and each time Kathleen helped.
I wanted a purple iPhone 17 lol and they were sold out at that moment. But i ended up with the purple one that day. Kathleen went and brought it out from the back they had one left and it was behind a black one, and said “ looks like you wanted the purple one” I didn’t even tell her what color I wanted I was going to settle for the black one. I was already happy with her help , she is professional and doesn’t act like she don’t care!
We have one more phone to upgrade in June we will be going back and hopefully we get the same person!!!!
